I was looking for an electric scooter that is sturdy, easy to carry and charge, with good quality wheels and decent ground clerance for short distance transit. X7 serves my purpose on all fronts. What was surprising was the good quality of packaging, the easy assembly, removable battery and ride quality of the scooter itself. I am yet to test the entire range of the battery on a full charge, but so far the throttle and braking has been good.

The product was over all good, disk brake is making sound when you move the scooter front and back, Accelerator can be made better by providing a strong parts, the silicon holder is loose and it moving out in handle bar. Charger is poor quality, can be provided in Good quality the branding sticker is not embedded in charger.

Bell was not working in the bike from time of delivery i got it delivered on 26th February. The brake wires are damaged in packing. The brakes apply by itself while running and the throttle won't work, today I was about to get into a accident by a car as suddenly the brake applied and throttle was not working and I was unable to move all a sudden. The manufacturer won't support at any point though product is under warranty and Amazon customer service need a 10 star for worst ever customer service and lame reply and when asked for help to contact with manufacturer for warranty claim for replacement they have to cut the chat in-between and disappear all a sudden. Such a poor response for a product for which I paid 35000? Never expected such a service from Amazon. Thank you so much for support. Let me handle legally may be atleast then they will have patients to resolve customer problem and not disconnected. Never imagined such a worst customer response.

Arrived in a good package condition. The e-bike is surprisingly made of good quality material - light-weight yet sturdy. Hassle-free assembly with minimum parts to assemble. Good braking system with disk-brake systems ensuring a safe ride. Just the right amount of style fused with functionality.

Excellent. My son and husband loves it ❤️!Recommendation- there should be a service centre nearby since it's difficult to go to Okhla every time

Good quality e bike, but the only issue I faced is the tires wear out quickly if you use it on normal roads. My son uses it everyday and in less than a month the first set of the tyres were worn out.may be he has covered total of 50Km in our community. These tyres with tubes are quite an experience affair.i have no clue why they wear out so quick on a normal use. These set of tyres cost you around 9000 Rs. My motorcycle tyre lasts at least 5000km on a rough use and I m paying the same price.if you are planning on using this on a daily basis,keep in mind the running costs. I have no other issues with the operations or batteries the way it rides.definitely a good buy if they can provide better quality tires that last decent mileage.
