I bought this as a gift for a 13yo. The quality of the machine is pretty average but it's a good size for the value. The directions are a little wonky to understand for younger kids but teens will get it from just playing around with it. Makes a great present for any creative artist who like to share their drawings.

Would be five stars except the small metal button pin is TERRIBLE! Aiment should exclude them form their overall package and find a new distributor of the small pin pieces to replace the ones they use. VERY disappointing. The medium and large button pieces are perfect. I have even grown to like the plastic pieces. Overall, the machine itself is excellent and works perfectly with the medium and large button pieces.

I paid for this item with my own money and did not receive any sort of benefits from the company. However, I am so glad I bought it. After the two disappointments of ordering the same button markers from a good brand name, I was about to give up my search of one marker which comes with interchangeable different sizes button marking parts. I found the idea fascinating. Why do I have to order three machines in case to make different sizes of buttons?The button makers of the other brand name, surprisingly, even failed to make buttons with the sample buttons it came with. I wasn’t having too much hope on this but IT WORKS!!! It didn’t come with instruction on how to install it; however, the installation was super easy. All three size makers produced beautiful buttons! I tried the 25mm buttons came with the other brand and it worked beautifully as well. However I wasn’t able to work the 58mm came with the other brand; and the other brand had the third size as 37mm while this has the 32mm.I am very pleased also because when I opened the boxes containing the different size markers parts, I found one finished button on each one of the three boxes. I believed they might have tested the machine before they shipped it out. Geez have you ever wondered how companies just never had tested their products? It came with the round circle papers of three different sizes too so that was super nice. It also came with three cutters and I think that’s so much easier compared to the other brand which the cutting mechanisms won’t cut through most of the time.After all, a good buy and I hope it lasts. It’s easy to use and delivers good results! Please make the button parts for the 37mm too! I will surely order it.

Purchased for kiddos birthday, and did not disappoint. This thing comes with everything you need, and then some. It’s likely enough to start a small button making business, honestly. I haven’t used it myself, but my child and friends have had a blast making buttons since getting it. It’s sturdy, easy to use, and a good price for all that you get.

I spent an hour online troubleshooting the problems with it and got nowhere. It is cheap plastic and while it seems sturdy at first, doing some research I should have done before I bought it, these are known to go out within a month or two with the slightest problem. I went through like twenty of the buttons before I gave up. One button was completed and it was one without anything on it as a test button. It is very easy to use, seemingly too easy. It was a complete waste of money and I'll never buy another button maker with plastic parts and no product support.

Used for Pride Festival button. The cutting got tiresome so we purchased a large hole puncher. I wish they had extra buttons to purchase of the same brand. The bundle we purchased was from another company.

Overall I love the machine. I’ve made so many buttons since buying it and it’s super easy to learn and use.The instruction book says there is supposed to be a gasket which comes with it that I believe should hold the button back in place. There was no gasket included and none of my button backs turn out straight which is moderately aggravating.I pick this machine because of the number of pins that came with it. Unfortunately a large number of the 58mm backs have been missing the actual pin, making them completely useless. There was also a massive shortage of Transparent sheets on the 1” and I have 28 buttons I can’t use now. These damaged/missing pieces take away a considerable amount of value for me.

I can get 4 out of 5 buttons to make correctly but then 1 will not completely seal with the film. Not sure what is going on but it wastes 1 button often because you can't redo them once they are pressed.
