Is this bright enough to serve as a night light?

Yes it is. I have used it 4 a night light. It also will turn off in approximately 3 hrs. Also has memory of when you turn it on. Will turn on automatically next evening. You may have 2 play with button on bottom 2 decipher automatic turn on.

Is the battery And the bulb in this candle replaceable?

Hello the batteries are replaceable. 2 AA. I’m not sure about the bulb. We love ours!

Honestly, I think they were made in China , but the company is located at : CKK Home Decor Office 5050 Quorum Drive, Suite 420, Addison, Texas 75254, US

Are the bulbs replaceable on these candles or once they burn out do I need to order another candle

These are LED bulbs which last for over 50,000 hours.
