This keyboard is beautiful!!! First off, the keys click and feel like a typewriter except that you don't have to type too hard on it. It is kind of loud which I love as it adds to the feeling of a typewriter. It works so well and there is no lag. It also lights up which is extra for me but it makes it more encouraging to use. I'm not supposed to work from home but this keyboard just makes me LOL I don't even feel like I'm working because I feel so happy using it! The extra wrist support it came with helps because the keys sits a bit high. Just wish that it has magnets so it stays in place although it doesn't really move around so it's not really an issue and I have a large pad underneath it. I tried several pics to show the true color. The attached pics are the closest I could get. Purple is my favorite color and I'm so in love with this keyboard!!! It checked all the boxes for me!!!

I have for years used brand name ergonomic keyboards and have the same problem of the padding disintegrating and the lettering on the keys wearing off. So, I started looking at a lighted keyboard (key issue) and something that would work for a gel wrist pad that I received as a present (I really just wanted the mouse pad). I found the MageGee as reasonably priced keyboard that had cool retro styled keys (similar to the first typewriter that I learned to type on!). I wanted a lighted keyboard, because my home office desk is a bit dark in the evening/early morning and thought this might be a good solution. I ordered the keyboard, and it arrived three days later. Standard packaging with no issues. Pulled the keyboard out and swapped old keyboard out, did not have any computer compatibility issues. It took me a bit getting used to the keys and multicolored lights. Good directions on how to change the backlight effects (just wanted something simple). I have now been using this keyboard now for about three weeks and really enjoy the feel, sound of the keys and the lighted keys! Good quality and works like it should!

I got this for my son for his new game set up and I absolutely love it. It's beautiful, unique, smooth, the sound of the keyboards, it's just so soothing and the different functions of the lighting, it's awesome, highly recommend.

This is such an awesome little keyboard. It's easy to hook up via USB to your computer. It's a plug-and-play type. It does take a second to turn on with all the lights when plugged in, but it's great. A coworker showed this to me in their office, and I had to get one. I love the feel of the keys and the sound as I type. It's not really long-nail girlie-friendly, but that is fine with me. I have no issues with shorter nails. The design is comfortable. it just needs a little gel pad for your wrists and lets me type at my normal pace with zero issues. I use it for school work and normal day-to-day computer tasks on my MacBook Pro. Im still testing out all the light functions and different settings but love that it is interective to typing and love the colors under the keys.

Awesome keyboard! Occasionally the white lights that light up turn a litte yellow for some reason but other than that it’s AMAZINF and works great!

Love love love this keyboard it just the right amount of click noise and looks stylish and sophisticated!!!! And the price was just right!!!

I bought this keyboard a little over a year ago and I was very happy with it. It looked great with my all white PC build and the price was reasonable. But after a few months of use I noticed the silver plastic rings around a couple of the keys had cracked and broken. I was mildly disappointed at the time, but I didn't think it was too big of a deal as I can place the silver ring back around the key and it will stay in place for the most part. As time went forward the keyboard developed a problem that I can't live with. Every time I use the "T" key, it ghost types "TU". The "5" key types out "57". "G" gives me "GJ", while the "V" key types "VN". These seem to be the only keys effected by the "ghost typing" but it's very irritating to have to edit every thing I type. I'm not rough with my things and like to keep them in good condition. I think I just got a bad keyboard. The other reviews are pretty positive which is part of the reason I chose this keyboard for my build. Hopefully Magegee will honor a warranty replacement for my keyboard, and if they do, I'll certainly change my review from 2 to 4 stars. I can't give it a 5 star review just because of the issues it has. Update: MageGee did not honor a replacement. Avoid this one and probably any identical keyboard branded under a different name, as I'm not the only one who has had problems with them.

So I will start by saying that those who remember learning how to type in High School and enjoyed the class will LOVE this keyboard. It does make you correct your posture while typing...your hands that is. There is a fat finger learning curve if you have been using a typical keyboard for awhile. Those make your fingers and posture a little lazy. I, myself, am still remembering the way my teacher taught me. So let's get into this board. The color, as stated before, is darker than the picture. Those who complain about the back lighting must not have read the different ways to fix that. I, myself, prefer the steady bright light. This makes the letters stand out just fine for my 50 yr old eyes. The clacking is exactly what I've been looking for in a keyboard. My daughter has one like this but from another company. They don't make purple so I searched and liked this one the best. It is weighty. A little heavy, but that is only in comparison to a regular keyboard. Since this one is computerized and with lights, I am not surprised by the weight. It is plug and pray...I mean play (LOL). Worked right out of the box for me. In all honesty, I do wish that it was as light as the picture shows, but I digress. The only downside I see to this keyboard is that there is no true matching mouse. The company did send me a suggestion when asked. Would buy it again!!!!

literally the coolest thing ever. comes with many different light modes and dimming capabilities, and also has a keyboard cover for when you're not using it

For the price it's very good, makes good sound and had a ton of light settings. Wish the keys were a tiny bit better in quality but it's not bad to the point I wouldn't a second time. Really happy with it and would say to buy it if you're still thinking about it.

I absolutely love this keyboard and when a friend saw it they demanded it tell them where i got it so they could get one too
