Tree is gorgeous 🌲
Worst customer service , balsam doesn't care shipping , time or delivery. miss understanding with Balsam Hill regarding expedited shipping, Amazon step in an arrived today .I would not purchase from this vendor again

BALSAM HILL DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR TREES
The tree was beautiful, but just after the 3 year warranty 4 strings of lights went out. After hours troubleshooting with their help desk it was clear that the lights were not going to work again. I had to add lights that did not match to this $$$$ tree and it looked terrible. I spent over $1,000 on this tree and the solutions they offered were completely unacceptable. They would not repair it or replace it or give me a meaningful discount on these trees that are now over $2,000. NOT WORTH THE MONEY
