GNCHerbal Plus St. Johns Wort Extract 300MG 200 caps

I’m a nurse and after talking with many patients on St John’s wort, I decided to give it a try. I’d been fighting depression but didn’t want to go on a prescription medicine. The dosing directions say 1 to 3 pills daily so I started with one for a couple weeks and didn’t really notice any difference so I upped it to 2 pills. I took 2 for a couple more weeks and started noticing improvement but not as much as I’d hoped for. I’ve been taking 3 pills a day for about a month now and have noted a huge improvement. I look forward to my days now, I’m happier and am getting more done these days. It really has been a life changer for me.

New brand for me, I wasn't expecting much of a change but I do notice that this brand seems to be a bit "more"than previous brands..which is all for the good. I had been taking 1200 mg a day and now down to 900mg with just as good if not better results. Not sure exactly what the change is, but this product exceeded by expectaions.

I recommended this to two people that have suffered anxiety and depressing. This definitely is a blessing to those that suffer depression. Natural meds. have very few or no side effects. These are God's medicines that work. Taken with natural meds for anxiety both of my friends are much happier. Thank God.

The best quality St John's I have found for it's integral anti-depressant qualities, and I have tried many when I began searching for something that would alleviate, or at least minimize, my moderate to severe depression. It really works by taking 2-3 per day regularly.

Very happy with item came right on time

First brand I tried. I only had mild side effects with the first couple of doses (heart fluttering, light headed/fuzzy). I truly think it's had a positive effect.
