Seeutek PK80 80cc Bicycle Engine Kit 2 Stroke Gas Motorized Bike Motor Kit Upgrade with Speedometer

So far the bike has about 1,100 miles on it. The engine has ran perfectly fine from day of build to now since January 1st. I use this as my main commuter here in Florida, and the engine only gave me minor problems. One of which was a vibration issue, which was fixed after replacing a bearing first 100 miles. Other than that, it has 1k on the new bearing, 1.1k total. Spark plug that came with it the engine kit lasted about 1k miles before loss of power started, now fitted with an E3.10 sparkplug and has regained some life, replaced the top head for a CNC head for better cooling, new fuel filter, replacing the fuel line soon, and going to replace the pulley wheel for the chain tensioner. Only issues so far that's just maintenance wise is rag joint retightening, engine position adjustments, and tightening down the carb so it wouldn't loosen up and cause gas leaks. I'm happy with the product, even though I've had a slight issue at first. They refunded me some of the money which covered for the bearing and the labor, which I do appreciate! And the tires need replacement in about a month or two. Very reliable by far, and I do recommend this product!

For the price, this will do 35 to 40 miles an hour and runs pretty smooth. I would recommend it for new buyers and someone who is starting out.

I would recommend replacing all of the hardware if you are to buy this kit. The nuts and both that come with this kit or so cheap that when you try to tighten them and torque them down they strip themselves. Also, I’ve seen on other kids. There is an additional spacer/washer that is needed for the rear sprocket to bolt up and be flush with the chain tensioner that my kit was missing.

Would give better review but the throttle cable came corroded (not a big deal whatever) but the cdi was broken. Never gave spark plug a spark. Tested all components with a multimeter and cdi was bad brand new out of the box (besides maybe an old throttle cable).

This was my first ever bike build and it went very smoothly! The directions it comes with are pretty straight forward but YouTube is your friend. If I was to build another bike I wouldn’t think twice to buy this again.I had an issue with the bike not idling, and sounding choked while running. The second i pulled the clutch in the engine would die. After countless hours on YouTube going over clutch assembly, flower nut, & carb I realized I was using old gas that was mixed at the beginning of the year for a weed eater. I tell you this just because the only fault I had was operated error on my own behalf.

this is one of the best kits out there. I had no issues with mine not 1. its amazing for the price. And for anybody looking to get into motorized bikes. this is the kit you should go too.

Took some time to get it to work, but happy with the outcome. The mounting studs did come bend, but not sure if that was from shipping. It does work well and get a lot of compliments. Now my friend wants me to build one for him
