Get this if you have low blood pressure, if you intermittent fast, or if you are on a GLP1. I take 1 tsp of this pretty much every morning. I chase it with a few swigs of water rather than having to drink a whole glass of salt water. Ugh. I’d much rather down a little of this and then fresh water. Much easier. Anyway, I tend to have lower blood pressure. Sometimes I don’t eat breakfast. I am on a GLP1. This seems to help all three things. I am on at least my third bottle of this. The ingredients are minimal, but high quality. I am not going to say the taste is great. It is not. It tastes like salt and minerals. However, if you can stomach the taste for two seconds, it will be something you’ll almost crave. You’ll feel instant hydration. It has helped me not to feel weak in the mornings when I don’t eat breakfast. Best of all, it helped me with nausea shortly after starting my GLP1. I saw once that this product was recommended by someone a bit famous in the fasting space, so that is why I chose this one instead of others. I like that this is not sweet tasting and has no artificial sweeteners. It won’t spike your insulin, so won’t lead to that shaky feeling if you don’t eat until later, thus helping you to fast longer if that is your thing. I will continue to purchase this product and don’t ever see myself being without it.

I can't taste it in my water at all and keeps the cramps away

I'm constantly dehydrated and have chronic gastritis so *everything* bothers my stomach. These work pretty well! When you're dehydrated things with a lot of salt in them taste way more salty, so a lot of the reviewers complaining about the taste might just need to drink more of it. I only give it 4 stars because when I'm dehydrated it makes my tea taste horrible. Nobody wants salty coffee or tea lol.

I add this to my water everyday and it helps me with my electrolytes. No muscle spasms. I can definitely tell when I forget to put some drops in my water by the end of the day. Highly recommend!

I feel this works well. I usually put it right in my water during, or after a work out. I will often use extra on very hot and humid days as well.

Husband works in the hot Arizona sun. He hydrates very well but was flushing out his electrolytes causing physical issues. He no longer has them. Takes every day sometimes several times depending on heat. Dropper form makes it easy to use.

I have POTS and bought this to help with the daily intake of sodium and electrolytes. The people saying this doesn’t taste like salt need to be studied by science. It tastes like sea water. Plain and simple. So I’m sure it works great. But the taste hits you like a truck.

I love the product but the seller needs to work on its packaging as 2 of my 3 bottles came has broken bottle caps. Would they be open to add more protection for the bottles
