The towel warmer is exactly as I expected from the Amazon pictures and description. The warmer came in a relatively short period of time. I was pleased to see that it was double boxed to protect it from and damage and the unit itself was in a bubble wrap bag so that no scratches or marks could be on it from shipping or handling. I found the unit exceptionally easy to install. With the Amazon dimensions clearly visible, I had the area for hanging prepared. So, the actual unit was put up and installed in 20 minutes, with ease and by 1 person. I am very pleased with the unit, it’s installation, it’s looks, and the ease of operation.

I really like it a lot. I bought it in 2024 had it already for one year it works amazing. If you’re looking to have your towels warm, it’s not for that. The reason I wanted it was to dry the towel after used and it works amazing, the towels last longer before they smell damp. It has the on, two hours and four hours options; what I always do is I turn it on and I press the four hours option because that’s enough to dry my towels. I have the 12 bars so I can fit two bath towels. I like it a lot and so does my husband. I never leave it on and I take good care of it. It has lasted for more than one year in great conditions. Very happy and I want to get four with the four bars only for my kids. There’s nothing better than having your towels dry when you are going to shower 😄

I don’t normally leave reviews, but the complete lack of support from this seller has compelled me to warn off potential buyers. Bottom Line Up Front: The product failed after only a few weeks, and the seller has not responded to any of my requests for help. Buy with extreme caution. My Experience I purchased this towel warmer in September. Installation went smoothly and, at first, the unit worked exactly as advertised. The WiFi controls functioned, the scheduling worked, and the warmer heated properly. Unfortunately, that didn’t last. Within a few weeks, the warmer suddenly lost its WiFi connection and became stuck in the “always on” state. No matter what I did — app resets, breaker resets, timers — it simply stayed on 24/7. I was already concerned, but a few weeks later the situation got worse: the unit shut off completely and would no longer power on at all. Given the price point of over $200, I expected the seller to stand behind their product — especially since the unit failed so quickly. The Bigger Problem: No Support, Despite Their Written Warranty What truly pushed me to write this review is not the failure itself, but the complete absence of customer support from the seller, Lyly Tech, despite their own printed warranty promising the opposite. One of the included documents states — verbatim: “If it appears that you are missing part(s) or have a defective unit, you can always contact us through email to get a free replacement; we promise that the replacement will be shipped within one business day.” It also states: “If you have installation problem, please DO NOT return this product before contacting first. We always try our best to answer your questions.” They provide the support email [email protected] and list operating hours of Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm PT. I followed these instructions exactly. I emailed them twice with a clear description of the problem and photos. I waited several business days each time. No response. Not even an acknowledgment. This is a hard pill to swallow when the product comes with a written promise of a free replacement “within one business day.” Final Thoughts The towel warmer itself seemed promising at first, but a product is only as good as the company that supports it — and in this case, there appears to be no support at all, despite what their warranty claims. I’m leaving this review in hopes that the seller finally contacts me to resolve the issue, but more importantly, to help other buyers avoid the same experience. According to my tapo smart power plug this uses at most 160w and running it for 4 hours (30min+ before showering, 3 hours after) results in a warm towel when I get out of the shower and they dry towel when I go back into the room later. In addition this comes with all the parts to allow it to be freestanding unlike the previous warmer I bought. I'm torn on if I'd rather there be a physical button so I could completely control it with a Smart plug, but the push buttons seem to work just fine for now the writing is incredibly small on the timer button but there's only two options when you will quickly remember which is which. For the money this is a solid five stars.

We bought this towel warmer so we would have a warm towel to wrap our little dog in to help melt the snow after he's been out, and it does that nicely! We needed to have a warmer that could be set to come on early in the morning so the towel would be warm when we let our dog out. But, don't if it's me or the "Smart Life" app, the set temperature is limited to 110 degrees, even though the warmer can be set manually (through the front panel or app) to 140 degrees. Not a big deal, because I just turn up the temp when I let our dog out and, if there's snow on the ground, leave it on during the day. The app allows creation of different "scenes", so we have one that turns the warmer on at 6:30am and off at 10:30p. It occasionally loses it's connection to the internet, but that is easily remedied by just unplugging and plugging it back in; no need to go through the setup. Even though it's designed to be wall-mounted, we built a stand for it so we can put it away in the summer when it's not needed. All in all, it does what we need it do!

The good part is that the towel rail comes with all the parts needed for plug in or hardwired installation. The hardwired kit comes with a facia plate to cover the wall box. It looks good but it has no bevelled edge so there is a gap between the plate and the wall due to the backing box mount. The plate cannot be installed with the radiator mounted because the rail obstructs access to the fixing screws. You need to leave sufficient power cord to enable the towel rail to be removed to fix the decorative cover plate first. You can then push the excess cable into the backing box before fixing the towel warmer in place. Manual control is simple ON or OFF with run times of 2,4 or 8 hours. Rail temperature is variable within a range of 100 to 140F. WiFi connection is simple and reliable but you need to use the 2.4GHz band. Programming is not user friendly. The unit comes with poor unreadable instructions that only cover establishing remote control. There is no instruction for setting up automatic turning on and off and the seller does not respond to requests for assistance. Eventually I figured out how to set up an automatic schedule only to find the app has a serious bug. Ther maximum rail temperature on auto control is 104F instead of the 140F that the product supports. Looks like a transposition error of the 4 and the 0 by a dyslexic programmer. As all these control apps use the same code the same fault exists in the Smart Life app and the TUYA app. I use BN-Link which uses the same code so no surprise that 104F was the maximum temperature I could set. Unfortunately 104F is a bit on the cool side for a towel warmer, so if you want to use automatic control this is not the product to buy until they fix the app. Thus only 4 stars.

Great design that is well made, aesthetically attractive, easy to install & a breeze to use with x3 timer settings. Full time heating, 2 or 4 hour shit offs. Perfect for our en-suite that we are renovating. We are delighted & replaced a free standing towel rack that should have gone years ago. Will buy one for our guest bathroom next.

We received and installed the warming towel bar and are so glad we did. The Husband seemed to have no problem with assembling and mounting the bar. We turn the bar on about 30 minutes or so before the evening showers and they warm up pretty quickly - it even seems to provide warmth in the bathroom with concrete floors - it is such a luxury to step out the shower to a nice warm towel. Figuring out the best wrap against the bars for our large bath towels but so far no matter the fold the towels are extra nice to use. We are using the 140 degree and turn the bar off every night. No more fluffing the towels through the dryer. Needless to say - we empty nesters are very happy with this purchase. Oh and it’s pretty too.
