Even though I order up to 100 items or a little more a month, I very rarely write a review. Something HAS to be very, very good to make me leave a review, and this item DEFINITELY IS!I have suffered from severe tension headaches and migraines for at least 40 years, and now I get them daily in varying severity. My doctor won't give me any prescription medication for them due to possible adverse interactions with my other medications, so I buy different herbal remedies, essential oils, and now this. When my migraine gets VERY SEVERE, I used this with my other natural remedies to provide extra relief. Trying it for the first time, I was amazed by how much better I felt almost instantly and within 5-10 minutes my migraine was COMPLETELY gone! That has never happened before! I always got just enough relief to let me get to sleep so I can relax it away but I NEVER get TOTAL RELIEF!

Unless you're planning on lying down right when you put this on, it's going to fall off of your forehead. A lot. I use this when I get bad migraines, especially when I am still trying to function and just need something to help dial down the pain for a bit.So I'll be walking around the apartment, or sitting at my desk, with the patch on... and it falls off after only being on my forehead for maybe 15 minutes.Another main issue is that they don't actually feel cool at all after a few minutes. Perhaps this is because my forehead cools very quickly, but it seems to me that most of the cooling factor leaves quite quickly. If I take off the patch and put it back on later (maybe 30 minutes) it feels a bit cooler. I am fairly certain that this is due to my patch warming up rather than myself cooling down, because if I open another patch (which I have before on bad headache days), it is immediately cool even if the old one is not.

These are absolute life savers! This is my 3rd time ordering them, and I will continue! I suffer from migraines at least once a week or every other and they typically last anywhere from 2-4 days! These help relieve the pain from a 10 to a 5 and if it’s a mild head ache they have taken away the pain completely! I’ve tried other patches in the past but nothing compares to these! 10/10 would recommend for sure!

4.5 stars I like the product but sadly it's hit or miss for effectiveness, which I thought was unusual since they're cut in huge batches at manufacture. Pros: comfy, when it gets cold it feels great, stays on when I sleep, can relax or continue house chores without worry of falling off, resealable packaging. Cons: not exactly adhesive so if you sweat at all it won't stay on, inconsistent gel to edge ratio (not a big deal), doesn't feel like it gets the same cold each time (why I gave 4.5 out of 5 stars), reminder this doesn't physically get cold it creates a cold sensation like with menthol.Worth buying and will probably buy again. Loved the package deal.

The first time I purchased these, they were wonderful. Every single one. I reordered in June, and everyone I've used so far has been terrible. I can't believe this is a reorder from the same company. When, I say they don't work, they don't do anything AT ALL!. As a migraine sufferer who uses these along with my meds, I'm pissed that I still have 2 and 1/2 pouches of this bs left. What a waste of my money.
