I am super happy with our purchase. My wife and I were looking for a pasta maker to make cooking fun for our son, and to have more control over what we eat.Initially, we were looking for cheaper options, but after a lot of research, we realized that those products lack durability, and some customers even found metal shards in their dough. We also considered electric pasta machines, but it seems that they tend to be difficult to clean and use.A friend of mine recommended this brand because their products are supposed to last forever. Not kidding; He is still using his grandfather's Pastalinda from the '60s. So we gave it a try and we couldn't be happier. The box came with a seal which is nice because I am tired of getting used products online. The retro style looks awesome in my kitchen. I use it as a decoration element to impress my friends. It's a solid machine that comes with a 3-year warranty, and all the materials look high quality.My little boy loved it! We had a lot of fun making fresh pasta from scratch. I'm glad that I also ordered the pasta dryer because I tend to cook in huge quantities and my kitchen is not too big. We prepared pasta for 8 with 5 cups of flour and 5 eggs. That is less than $5!It is pretty simple to use and clean. You can adjust the dough sheet thickness to 9 levels and cut the dough to 9 different widths. I am really glad that I was able to find this product on Amazon. I previously ordered a pasta maker from another well-known brand, but found it was flimsy and lightweight. This one in comparison is much more stable. I’ve used it twice so far with no issues. You do have to clamp it down while rolling out the pasta (but all machines are like that). I bought a separate brush that I used to clean and sweep away the flour off the machine.

Had the coral color 20cm for about a year. Filed a warranty claim recently. The merchant is very responsive and helpful.PastaLinda is indeed more expensive than competitors. Here’s the pros and cons from my point of view.Pro:1. PastaLinda is 20cm/26cm wide, while a typical competitor is 15cm/18cm. This added width may or may not matter for everyone, but I find it super versatile and helpful.2. I like the “slope” design that helps feeding the sheet into the roller and/or cutter. With this design I can work with much softer sheet (i.e., higher water content).3. The whole unit is VERY pretty. I keep it on my counter as a display when I am not using it!Cons1. The thinnest setting of PastaLinda might be thicker than some competitors. This does not bother me much though, as I don’t prefer going that thin.Overall I do not regret paying extra $$ for PastaLinda!

This pasta maker is perfection! Like something out of a 1950's movie but with a modern touch-Truly authentic. Super easy to use and really well made. The hand crank is smooth, the rollers are sturdy and the stainless steel structure is formidable; Nothing cheap or plasticky here. The fact that the rollers are almost 8" makes it even better because you can make more pasta at once. Totally recommend this product to all pasta lovers out there. I can see myself making pasta on a weekly basis.

The media could not be loaded.  This product is amazing quality! You can feel that it is a good, long lasting, heavy duty product! I was so excited to use it! (And even the customer service for Pastalinda was top notch). Loved this product so I ordered the pasta drying rack from them and just received it today! Will be reviewing that as well!!

The process was simple, directions were easy to follow and the results were amazing. The machine is heirloom quality and would make a fantastic gift for the friend who loves to cook, wedding gift or for anyone you want to feel special. The convenient Pasta rack is incredibly well made and easy to use. We played Italian dinner music and had an absolute blast hand turning and stretching the Pasta. I very highly recommend this to anyone looking at it!!! Bravo Pastalinda👏👏👏
