New agent? You found THE book to buy
Wow – I’m so skeptical when I hear or reviews make the following statement; “This is the only book you’ll need” if you’re just starting out in real estate. But in my humble opinion it truly is. I’ve read dozens of sales books from seasoned professionals. And I’ve read this book cover to cover to arrive at my claim. I actually celebrated my find when I got to chapters 5 and 6. I knew that I had found the one author who thought it completely through before he begin to write. Once in a while you’ll stumble across an author who is more than just knowledgeable about a particular subject; they bring a variety of other professional skills to the table that create a phenomenal learning dynamic for the reader. This is one of those books! I’ve always had a healthy skepticism when an author says they have the best and proven techniques to approaching their market. Knolly Williams clearly proves that he has done this as a Real estate agent. Before I bought this book I went to a few podcast interviews with Knolly to get a sense of his professional background in business and I immediately sensed that he had earned his successes over time. He had fine-tuned his skill set in such a way that he could repeat his farming techniques and produce the same fantastic results – closes. I gave this book 5 out of 5 stars because Knolly not only lays out a business plan for a new agent but he also teaches it in a palpable way so that a new agent can implement his techniques from the onset. Bottom line is a real estate agent has to be doing a lot of different actions that produce no dollars in the launch of their business. The thing that blows me away is that Knolly Williams could’ve split all of his knowledge in one book into five. But he chose not to do that which makes me respect him all the more. I love it when a book lays out a business plan so well that all you have to do is follow the steps in the very order the author gives it to you.

I really love this book! I also love working with Knolly. He's like my secret weapon in my back pocket in real estate. Best mentor ever.

Wish I would have read this sooner...
Wow! One of the best if not the best book I've come across in its category. I'm grateful to be reading and learning from a master in the craft. How much would you pay for a decade of experience from a top producer? Invest in yourself and your business and order this book! p.s had to order this book twice because of the weird amazon fulfillment packaging. The first time I ordered it there was a bend which covered a third of the cover. Second order (see photo) has small bend which is a little more acceptable LOL. Will try amazon locker for books from now on...

Talk about a well put together book! I tip my cap to Knolly for this one he definitely hit every angle you could imagine and more when it comes to becoming a successful real estate agent. Whether you've been in the business for years or you just started your career he clearly breaks down why you should become a celebrity agent (local authority) for your market. Knolly leaves no stone unturned from providing scripts, sales techniques & systems of automation that help facilitate the listing process allowing it to run like a well oiled machine. Definitely taking my business to new horizons!
