Serves the purpose
Plug and play harness for 02-06 CRV, works perfect! Plugs right into the harness in the trunk, behind the trim on the drivers side of vehicle. Install took less than 15 minutes which included emptying out all the tools and crap in my trunk. With little research anyone can install it

Perfect Product for My Need and Easy To Install.
It arrived quickly. It was relatively easy to install. I didnโt like that Honda didnโt make a pop-out spot for it, so you have to run it (read:cut a hole) to the storage area by the trunk and then let it hang out the back of the trunk and the storage area when using, which I hate, but thatโs on Honda. I am bad at written directions so I found a great video on YouTube and it went fast. It works great; I just worry that closing it in the trunk will eventually break the plastic casing and fray the wires (again, Hondaโs issue, not this productsโ). Very happy, easy to install, works great, great price. Very happy!

04 crv, Easy install, works great
Got basic hand tools? Ez to install, straightforward. Works how it's supposed to. I did not route it out of a vent per the YouTube install vid, but instead I routed it thru the paneling and just let it hang out when It needs to be used and close the rear door on it. That way I can just toss it back in the car and tuck it away.

Excellent Trailer Light Harness
Excellent high-quality product if you need an aftermarket wiring harness. Hooked right up to my 2005 Honda Element perfectly, although it technically isn't listed as compatible. Did some research after learning the OEM connectors are no longer sold and found this to be compatible in a pinch. This worked perfectly. The only caveat is that you will need to buy a hitch wiring extension cable, because the Curt harness runs from under the front dash to the back of the hatch. Other Honda Elements have trailer hitch connectors built into the hatch area.

Advise from a Jar Head for what its worth
So far its great. Have not had a chance to use it yet. I am a Dad guess where my trailer is? The installation was ok. I know it takes more paper space and more ink at a slight more cost . For the consumer sake finish the instructions. Not every one has a electrical Mechanical mind or back ground so they need a little help for do it your self applications. This product is great on its own but because it covers several vehicles as mine was used on a 2008 Honda Pilot the location of the soft plugs and the fact from what I found it was best to split the plugs half way through so you can use the plug with the wire run through it an reinstall it so it will still keep dirt and moisture out . As these plugs were intended. In my case I doped a little silicone RTV around slit and wires to make sure dirt and moister would not get in my vehicle body as I don't want to ever check it for this potential problem. It is a great product. The electrical connection matched perfect. The speed of service was outstanding. Go the extra Yard it always pays off.

Works slick
Nice solution that plugged right into the existing harness. Thanks to Honda for pre-wiring their vehicles, btw, made life much, much easier and a far cleaner installation than splicing into existing wires. The instructions are a little bit generic, but a couple of quick internet searches fills in any of the missing gaps for making a slick installation. On my Element the connector was behind the right-hand panel as advertised. I wound up taking the entire right-side panel off along with the bumper cover and running the connector out through an existing grommet for a nice, clean installation. I mounted the control box with the included double-sided tape by the spare tire well and cut out a small section of the supporting grid under the spare tire well cover so it sits nice and flat. A couple of sticky pads and zip ties to keep the wires in place and bingo, you'll never know it's there. All that work to keep things clean took a few hours, but if you wanted to just leave the connector coiled up and run it over the tailgate when needed you could probably whip out the install in under an hour. I installed a 7.5 amp fuse in the open spot under the hood, plugged in a tester and everything worked as advertised. My only two wishes are for a longer cable on the trailer end and for a reminder in the instructions to install the 7.5 amp fuse in the under-hood fuse block on my Element. Other than that, it's a slick adapter.

This does fit my 2006 Honda Element EX
Exactly like drbyers said in his review, it fit his 2005 and it does fit my 2006. Like he said, just buy an extension to reach the tow receiver from Harbor Freight. Thank you everyone for the reviews info. By the way, Amazon's vehicle fit guide says that it does not fit my 2006 Honda Element. Good luck!

Very easy install!
For the money, I was not expecting too much. Couple of screws, and plastic fittings and I had access to the socket. I have a 2002 Acura MDX and this was, by far, the easiest product to fit toy car ever. Well worth the money.

Plug and play
Easy to install, the last one only lasted 2.5 years. Hopefully this connector last longer

Fits 2006 Honda CRV
This fits a Honda 2006 CRV! First time ordering a used item off of Amazon! Came in excellent condition. I mean it looks brand new and it works like itโs brand new. I needed it quick and it came the next day. It was a little less than half the brand new price.
