Great device, reliable and easy to operate! We like the option that it can be connected to Alexa 😃

We recently went to Italy (out in the woolly wilds), and our old GPS was problematical, so I bought one of these. I didn't bother to read the instructions before using it, and did get to where we were going, but wish that I had read them, as it does a lot more than our old GPS. It is a joy to use and rapidly updates the map. I will now do what I should have done and watch a 90-minute video about its use.

Ideal for a new qualified driver

Lasted for less than 10 days. Bought it and found the suction cup only works on windscreen (but I want to mount it on dashboard, so have to order another 3M sticking pad for it. Anyways, can only use it after 3 days since arrival. Used for once and the second time I wanted to use it, it suddenly stopped working just before I set off, blank screen without any response. Tried to connect using differenct cable and power source - still blank screen. (Guess the motherboard is damned)Cant imagine if it dead after I had set off, glad I have a phone mount so I have a back up plan.Submitted return request, now waiting for collection.Had watched several review on Youtube before I bought it and looked forward to use it, now disappointed.I have used different Garmin products over the years, this is a bad experience, QC has some issues obviously, or perhaps I am bad luck. Anyway I think it is a good product, but this expereince is really bad.This product should be good, so I give 2 stars. 3 deducted for the disappointing experience.

The sat navigation states no updates available yet it takes you down dead end roads around Exeter that has been dead ends for around 4 years.Also when it gives you an alternative faster route to potentially take and you select it, it reboots itself by shutting down and starting up again which is dangerous as then you are trying to get it to start the previous route you wanted and then past the turn off it was offering you and then stuck in traffic as its too late... really poor sat nav and looking at sending back.
