Hanging an issue. Restarted multiple times but still problem persists. Moreover the customer service is not up to the mark.

Its been almost a year I have bought this machineMy experience has been a nightmare. Having said that there are few Pros, I will list outPros:Good Processor i.e i5 11th Gen along with 8gb ram makes it quite fast.Almunium Back Panel gives it a classy FeelCons:Display: Well, how disgraceful it could be that you are buying a laptop for more than 70k and you can't even work continuously for 30 minutes. The Display quality is absolutely Pathetic. Forget watching movies or Study Videos. It will hurt your eyes really bad.Battery Life: The battery life is even Worse. Keep it unpluged for 30-45 minutes while you are working on any heavy software. It will drain in half an hour or less.Motherboard/Graphics Card Issue: While like most of us love to have a graphics card as students or gamers, the irony is with this machine the problems only escalates. Use of Graphics card make the machine extremely Hot, which will ultimately destroy motherboard in the long run. My laptop turns off on its own like 5-10 times a day and I can literally do nothing about it.Service Center: While Lenovo seems to be a big name and a trustworthy brand. Trust me you will find it very difficult to find a service center. The Toll free customer Number provided is just a myth. It is definitely not the mess you want to find yourself in.Resale Value: Bought it for 74k and Resale value is 30k.Suggestion: I had my hands on several laptops likings of Hp, Dell, Acer and they were not even as costlier as this machine. However the performance and most importantly customer support. See, I am not getting paid for this review but I just want you guys to buy any laptop but this. Infact dont buy any Laptop from Lenovo. I have made a mistake, make sure you don't.
