Perfect keepsake for baby teeth!
I am so happy I got this little keepsake book. It is very cute. The cover shows a little girl (or boy, if you get the boy one,) sleeping against a little hill with her (his) mouth open, showing the spot of a missing tooth, with a tooth fairy flying overhead. There's glitter here and there on it, and it is just darling. It has a magnetic closure, and you open it up, and it has three parts to it.The first flap (going left to right) has space to write the child's name with "'s Baby Tooth Book" behind it, and a place marked as a place to put a toothless picture there. The middle flap is the place to actually put the lost baby teeth. It's a covered dial (of sorts) with little compartments to hold all of the baby teeth. The covering is clear plastic and rotates around so you can move the empty space to the correct place where the tooth is supposed to go without the risk of all the teeth falling out. The compartments are arranged circular and shows where all of the teeth are supposed to go in what compartment, top and bottom teeth, and there are illustrated teeth above it's compartment to help show which tooth goes where. The last flap is a Baby Tooth Chart, and has a drawing of all of the upper teeth and lower teeth that are lettered individually, starting with A for the upper second molar, through to T for the lower second molar. There is a line next to each tooth so you can put the date that the child lost his/her tooth on. The bottom of the Baby Tooth Chart shows all of the upper and lower teeth, where they are in the mouth, ages they erupt, and ages they shed (lose.)I love recordkeeping and keepsakes, especially when it comes to my daughter, and I love this keepsake book. My daughter is only 5, and she lost her first tooth this year, and now she has three teeth in there. I don't let her know I have this, because I want her to believe in the tooth fairy. I will keep preserving all of her teeth and dates lost in this book, and someday, when she's way older, I'll give it to her to keep for her own keepsake. What I love about this book is that I have a safe place to keep her baby teeth organized and record the dates they were lost, the spinning dial on the compartments so you can easily turn the empty slot to the space you need to put the tooth in without risking all the teeth coming out, the diagram that shows where all the teeth are, has a place to record the date lost, and the informative diagram that shows what all the teeth are called, when they erupt, and when they are shed. This is a real winner, I highly recommend it. It would make a great baby shower gift too. The illustrations on the outside of the book are really cute too. Thank you for reading my review, I hope it was helpful.

Love it
I can't rate this on longevity as we just put our first teeth in it but it was everything I expected from seeing it on the computer. My oldest is 5 1/2 and lost two teeth together. It was very exciting to see them presented in the case, write in the dates and add a toothless photo. I am hoping we will have a nice keepsake after all her teeth are out. My only concern is that you turn the clear top to access the teeth. I am worried my 3 1/2 year old will do this and all will be for naught. However what to do as this was the best of what I saw and you want a balance between accessibility and lost teeth. So, so far I love the look, the quality, the spaces to write - not too much not too little, the fact it folds up and I just feel so darned organized! I recommend.

and I had to find a better way to store them
This is very cute! I had been collecting my daughter's teeth by taping them to an envelope and writing notes next to them. She lost her last tooth, and I had to find a better way to store them. This book is perfect! It has a place for writing dates or notes, but it's pretty small. I'm not sure I got all her teeth in the right places, but the first ones are! The holes could be a little larger; we have a tooth with a root attached, and I haven't figured out what to do with it. If only I had known about this when she lost the first one... The wheel that turns to expose the pockets kind of clicks at each position, so it should be secure enough if it isn't played around with a lot. I figure it could also be glued in place once filled. This will be a nice memory for her one day!

Exactly what I wanted
Useful, cute, little- everything I was looking for in something to keep for a long time. It’s very sweet for holding baby teeth and should do the job for many years. I bought three (2 girl 1 boy) and both versions look great.

Love this little thing!!!
This thing is STINKING ADORABLE!!!! I'm a super sentimental mom, and I wanted something to keep my daughter's teeth in where they wouldn't get lost and I could write the dates that they were lost on. I had been using tiny jewelry sized zip-top bags from the craft store but they were piling up inside my jewelry box where the "fairy" hides them. I stumbled across this little book while searching for something else and it is PERFECT!!! It has a little dial that you turn to deposit each tooth in its place, and out beside each slot there is a space to write the date. It folds into thirds to close it and it is the perfect size to stash away from wandering and curious little eyes. I am so glad I bought this! We just had twins last month and I'll be purchasing two more!

Best "tooth fairy" present ever!
My oldest daughter was very sad that when the tooth fairy came she always took the teeth she lost. She wrote the tooth fairy a letter one day asking her if she could see her teeth again. The "tooth fairy" then brought her this adorable little book, with the 4 teeth she had lost so far.The book is very cute, and inside it has a plastic wheel with pockets for each tooth, and there's a space to write the date it was lost. There is a clear plastic cover that spins and has a small hole to align over each pocket so you can put the tooth in. I do wish that didn't spin quite so easily, as i'm always afraid we may lose a tooth, but so far we haven't had any issues with it opening.

This is adorable.
SO PRECIOUS. What an adorable tooth keeper. Keeps the teeth secure and it's easy to spin to put the tooth where it needs to go. Get a fast drying, permanent marker to write on the case because the finish is a bit "shiny" and I could see the "notes" that you put next to the tooth smearing if you didn't have the correct pen. I bought two, one for each of my twins. It's so cute. Only one twin lost teeth to date, but I took a photo with her and her first missing tooth and glued it on to the case on the designated spot. My girls will love seeing this some day when they "know." Until then, it's a sweet album that I cherish on the evenings that the tooth fairy pays us a visit. Get one. You won't regret it.
