Purple color vs pink that is pictured pebble —- not the same color. This is bananas.Plus, when ordering with whole foods delivery, the store has other colors available but when you search for them here, they are not available. Even ordering simple things like cucumbers which I know for the fact are available show up sometimes not available when ordering via Whole Foods prime pickup/delivery.

I first found this Mineral Fusion at a department store and i didn't find it again, so I went on amazon and they had it. I love this product. It doesn't chip like others and it goes on shiny, so you don't have to add a clear coat if you are in a rush.

The brush is medium to thick and spreads the nail polish around evenly on the nail. The polish itself is a nice consistency, more on the thin side, I'd say. I did have to apply 3 coats to get the full color.As for the color...in the picture, Slate looks more like a purple-gray due to the lighting, however when I received it, it was more of a dark gray, with no hint of purple. Not at all like the pretty, feminine color in the picture.It's not a rich, deep gray, but a flat, lifeless gray. I tried to spruce it up by adding some pink dots on top, but it still looked "meh". It sort of reminds me of what a deep red would look like in a black and white film. It's that kind of gray. So, if you're looking for that, go for it.I may upload my own picture of them side by side to show the difference.There is a chemical smell when you put your nose close to the bottle, but from a couple of feet away, I couldn't smell anything, which was really nice. I'll try to remember to post an update on how long it lasts without chipping.I'll definitely buy another color from this company because I like what they're up to.

The nail polish is good because I have a little baby and I want to make sure that I don't absorb bad chemicals into my system, especially since I'm breastfeeding. The picture of the shade isn't really accurate. The picture makes it look like a lighter purple. In actuality, the color has more hints of gray in it and is darker. However, in sunlight, you can see a bit more of the purple undertone. My skin tone is more pink and I rarely use darker shades. However, t his shade can be good for work. Though not exactly as pictured, still a good color.

I take this polish to my pedicure sessions because I haven't found a color I like more at the salons I have visited. This brand is spot-on current color trends. I alternate between 3 colors and this is my favorite. Quality of the polish is good, but the choice of colors is why I purchase this brand.

I love the color!! It's so beautiful! The bad news is that it chips pretty quickly. The formula doesn't wear long enough.That said, I still wear it because I adore the color. I'm using the gel topcoat by mineral fusion and that seems to give me an extra couple days, but overall it will chip within the week.If you are rough with your hands or get them wet regularly.....maybe try a different color or formula? If like me, this color is worth the hassle, party on!

I bought the lagoon color - unfortunately "Lagoon" is a green color that I wasn't looking to buy, and it is not the color display in the picture.
