BSOD Issues 1 week after receiving item
Before I start my review, SkyTech Gaming's customer service is fantastic. Andrew S sent me an email with detailed instructions and videos on how to troubleshoot the issues I had with my computer, and I don't think the people who work in areas outside of actually making the computer are responsible. However, I purchased two computers from Skytech and both of them had issues. The computer I purchased for myself worked fantastically with no issues until a week into owning the PC where it crashed over and over with MEMORY_MANAGEMENT blue screens. I followed customer service's advice, but still my computer would not work. On top of that, other people have had the exact same issue with this specific computer, and the problem still isn't fixed. Additionally, the parts used for the PC other than the processor and graphics card were dirt cheap and outsourced from countries where they mass produce low quality RAM and SSD's. I've seen other people leave poor reviews and talk about these issues going back months and they still haven't been solved. The entire point of getting a prebuilt PC is to avoid having any issues where you need to mess with the hardware. But I was advised to reseat my RAM, graphics card, AND power supply which is a lot of work for a computer that's supposed to come ready to use.My other issue is for this listing in particular and reflects on Amazon and not on SkyTech. I purchased a NEW computer, but received a used computer with scuff marks and an opened box with an Amazon Warehouse label on it. If you are going to send a used computer without stating it clearly anywhere and then raise the price of the listing $500 dollars so you can't purchase a new one, that is blatantly taking advantage of folks who have saved up to purchase this computer. At this time I do NOT recommend purchasing this or any other computer from SkyTech, especially since their older models also had major issues with them that weren't solved in this updated model.

Simply: A BEAST
I normally do not write reviews, but it's been roughly 7 months and this PC has blown away my expectations. ZERO issues upon arrival. It booted up and went to town on any and every game. I've been averaging 140-165FPS. I do not know what I was expecting, but this beast of a PC went above and beyond. Already makes me want to buy another Skytech product. Shout out to Skytech and their team, keep doing amazing work!

Super loud fan
LOVE this setup. Would be perfect, no complaints, except one of the fans is so loud it's deafening. I had to lay the thing on it's side to get gravity to keep it from shaking the whole case/rattling and that didn't completely quiet it enough. But it's more tolerable now. Otherwise, this is an awesome prebuild.

I was skeptical
I was very skeptical about buying a pre-built. I saw some people online saying the case design was flawed or whatever, and there are certainly better cases out there, but for the hardware inside it is perfectly fine. I would personally suggest adding another intake fan to the front of the case at the bottom, but I have not had any issues with overheating unless I overclocked. That being said, your CPU WILL GET HOT IF YOU OVERCLOCK. Adding a case fan helps some but the stock system will have CPU bottleneck if you overclock. If you have no interest in overclocking and want a machine that can run 1080p exceptionally and 1440p pretty well (nvidia 2060 version) this is the pc for you. Mine worked out of the box and I was up and running in 10 minutes. Skytech does the software setup for you which is awesome. Overall, I am sure a lot of people are on the fence about this product as I was, and think it is some sort of scam or that the pc won't work or not be what they wanted. I can tell you that I had low expectations at first, but my pc is well built and does everything I need it to do.

Beautiful PC but not worth the headache
Where do I begin. I’m an iOS user that was looking to get into gaming so this is my first pc. The pc did not actually look like the photo the actual pc parts shown inside are a different brand. Then with this being a brand new pc it’s not even able to update to windows 11. Every time I start up the pc the tool bar won’t work until I press the windows key and the screen flashes white then everything works. There was so much bloatware it’s crazy it was using almost 200gb of storage on bloatware I got it down to 48gb after deleting a lot. It restarted out of nowhere because of a problem yesterday which ultimately resulted in this review I’ve only had this pc 3 days and it’s problem after problem. However I am able to run black dragon for second life with no problems at all. But the one game I bought this for was gta and it keeps crashing with gpu errors. So is the Pc nice to look at? Yes. Would I purchase it again? No absolutely not. For 1600 I feel like I could have gotten something better. Also the pc has restarted two time within and week because it haze found an error. THIS IS A BRAND NEW PC. it’s ridiculous.
