Nicely made. Feel rugged. Comparable to Carson
These are very nice binos (Konus Emperor Green 12x50) for the money. I'm pretty sure the optics are exactly the same as the Carson VP250 12x50. The specs are exactly the same for FOV between those models. I actually had the Konus and Carson side by side and seemingly the only difference is the outer shell. The Carsons are about 2 oz. heavier. The lens covers are exactly the same between them. The focus adjustment on the Konus was very good- no play. However, the Carson had a bit of slop that I found objectionable. I would definitely go for these as long as you like the color and more 'military' look of these. The Carsons are more elegant in the classic looks department.
