The Bissell has 3 small velcro pieces on each side and the pad has the center made of a fabric that will stick to the velcro .

They are made in China. They work very well!

Although I had to return the ones I ordered (because the pads are 10” and I need 8”) they are thick and look to be very well made. Good bang for the buck… IF they fit.
