Gorgeous Table Topper!
The media could not be loaded. I received this yesterday. Although I have not been able to use it much rn due to rain I have installed and lit it to see if it was working and I am super impressed! I love detail and unique things, and this product really gives our outdoor dining table the kick I was looking for. I’m in love with it!To start off, the box came with the mount to connect A propane tank to the table and a tank holder, a switch connecting piece for the tank, the square basin, rocks, a few screws, and a marker in case you need to cover up marks on the pit itself, and instructions. Quality of everything seems pretty good, only time will tell. Set up took about 10-15 minutes. I did replace the lava rocks with reflective fire glass and it made the fire pit pop. I did read other reviews saying that the 1lb propane tank ($3.50/tank at Walmart) does not last too long so I do see myself eventually connecting it with a tube and a larger tank. It fit through the umbrella hole in my table just fine. We also did not have any issues with it interfering with the bottom portion of the umbrella stabilizer on our table. Overall I am impressed with this little piece! It gives off a subtle amount of heat. Not too much so that you cannot turn it on in the summer. I used about 2-3lbs of azuria reflective fire glass. Highly recommended product! Will update again once in use.

Check your measurments
I really like this little umbrella hole firepit, it's cute as can be - BUT- make sure to measure the umbrella stem and space under your table before purchasing. There is absolutely no forgiveness or wiggle room in this design. If your umbrella stem is more than a few inches deep, the tubing won't fit. Also, make sure you have room under the tabletop for a "camping stove" size propane tank. If you modify the firepit in any way to fit your table, it voids the warranty. I was able to modify it with a few trips to the hardware store, and it really is a cute little firepit, but check your measurements twice before ordering it and be prepared to do a little work to make it fit.

Great product idea!
If you want one of those new fire-pit tables, but don't want to have to change out your current table, this is a fantastic solution! As mentioned, it goes through the umbrella hole so it'll work with any old patio table. You need a lighter to turn it on and off and the control knob is located under the table. I wish it had a sparker and a control knob located on top. They also tell you to put in a bracket to hold the gas canister which would make it harder to replace it, but it works fine without it. Of course they will tell you that any modification voids all warranties. A previous reviewer mentioned the bowl shattering, I don't think this would likely be the case with the square one since it's made out of envirostone with lava rocks, both materials stand the heat very well.I find the heat output to be pretty good in a covered apartment deck. You could use it to roast marshmallows and light up cigars but that's the extent I'd use it for.

No provision to drain water from the upper bowl so it freezes and breaks the unit.
Worked fine the first couple of times I used it. Then we got a little rain and some below freezing temps. That was the end of the fire bowl. There was no provision to allow rain water to drain out of the bowl. It is intended for outside use, but a little rain and cold and that is the end of it?? A little ice in it and it broke the bowl into multiple pieces, now its just junk. Very disappointing that they could overlook such a fundamental requirement of a piece of outdoor equipment. The sad part is, it is such a minor adjustment to allow it to drain, had I known it wasn't designed right from the beginning, I could have fixed it before I ever used it.

Broke like others- blue bowl
Had for a while, limited use- but eventually, like others, it shattered. No one injured. So 2 stars because I’ve had it a couple seasons, but probably used less than a dozen times. Currently unavailable and don’t know how to seek a replacement. Took it apart to see if I could repurpose or repair if I could get a new bowl- note a white fiber insulation. Probably something I don’t want to play with.

Shattered after 20 minutes! Replacement working so far
We ordered the round bowl version based on all of the great reviews, which have suspiciously all disappeared in the week or so since we completed the order. It was relatively easy to set up and start, and we were quickly enjoying the flame on our back deck. Suddenly, after about 20 minutes, the bowl shattered! We weren't sitting at the table when it happened, thank goodness, but my son still managed to get a burn on his hand from a stone that flew off the bowl. It gave us a big scare and made me feel very worried about the safety of this product. We got a picture of the bowl right after it broke, attached here. I agreed to a replacement when I initiated the return in hopes that ours was a rare defect, but we'll be hiding behind a wall for the first hour after lighting the next one.Update (01 Feb 17): the replacement arrived, I set it up, then turned it on with some trepidation. Fortunately, it worked flawlessly for 2 hours. No explosions, no breaks, no problems. I've upgraded my rating to 3 stars to reflect the improvement this go around and the possibility that my last experience was a fluke. I'll try to remember to update in a few months, and if it continues to work smoothly I'll upgrade the rating even further. I took video, but apparently I cannot upload videos, maybe because I am on mobile.

Perfect size, wonderful ambience.
This little fire bowl is great. A perfect size for our outdoor pub table. Doesn't take up so much room that we can't still eat with it in the center. Works great, easy to set up and no problems running so far. Provides beautiful ambience to our outdoor space. Easy to light and the attachment for the propane canister fits easily under the table. Highly recommend for smaller tables/outdoor spaces. Arrived with no damage and has held up to heavy usuage so far. Could not be happier.
