Great Relief for Severe Cold Symptoms I’ve been really pleased with Alka-Seltzer Plus Severe Cold. It’s effective at helping relieve multiple cold symptoms and makes it much easier to get through the day and night. I especially noticed a cooling, soothing effect that helped me feel more comfortable when I wasn’t feeling my best. The 36-count pack is a great value for the money, especially if you like having cold medicine on hand when you need it. As far as sleep quality, it helped me rest more comfortably by easing my cold symptoms, which made falling asleep and staying asleep easier.
