So this isn't a bad protein powder. I bought it to use as a supplement to the keto diet and i mix in avacado oil and it tastes decent. So I'm sure you're wondering why 1 star?The price.Its too expensive. You can find way cheaper low carb powders on Amazon. Whether they taste just as good or not i don't know. But what i paid for 1 pound is what some 3 pound containers go for. If you don't mind paying the price then this should be a decent buy. But if you are on a budget, find something else.

This is the best tasting protein powder I have found! We love it. It’s creamy and just right in the sweetness, not overly sweet like some protein powders. Makes it easy to stick to 1 or 2 shakes a day! I have lost 48 pounds using this and it works the best with my blood sugar numbers. Absolutely love it. All the flavors are great but I’m hooked on the vanilla!

Very nasty..save your money...Chalky taste

So far I've only made a pumpkin smoothie with the powder, but I can tell already that it does not have the aftertaste as some of the other protein powders do. I used two scoops in my smoothie and really couldn't taste the powder at all! Just delicious pumpkin flavor! Thanks for making a delicious, quality protein powder!

I have used this for 4/5 years. when money shortage came by I went to store to buy cheaper. one week later my doctor called me. I had a blood draw and he told me my kidneys were really bad. Identified the culprit. it was the off brand. I immediately switched back to my old favorite. The gentleman who posted he had diarrhea he is probably allergic to an ingredient.

Need I say more?Please don’t advertise your product as Gluten free and No Artificial anything.C’mon!

This product has quality ingredients and comes with its own scoop for measuring, as well as a booklet for recipes. I use the one with a small banana, unsweetened coconut milk, 4 ice cubes and blend! As advertised it does indeed help with stomach bloat and flattening of the stomach with the inclusion of healthy probiotics that I no longer have to purchase separately. I am stuck on the Vanilla Cream flavor and love it. Tastes great and makes a great smoothie. I have a TALL iced tea glass and it fills to the brim! Color me happy and healthy. Try this you will love it!

This formula is TERRIBLE. I had diarrhea as soon as I took this formula, its expensive and not a good product, DON'T BUY IT!
