You must GET THE RIGHT SIZE and be CAREFUL with these. They’re not rubber. They’re pure silicone and you can break them if you’re really rough with them, so be careful. I never take my off, so they last a long time.Watch the videos or you can find tests on Youtube! Do the tests. I love doing them, because it shows that these bands work. I’ve really noticed that EFX helps my balance. These are a relatively cheap way to help with balance. I also think it helps me sleep, but that could be all in my mind. Lol. Seriously, if balance is important to you, try EFX. You wan’t be sorry. I’ve been buying EFX products for years, because they do work.

This little bracelet has a hologram that is programmed to help me to be balanced, and add some strength. Whatever it is, it works!I have been moving from one home to another, packing, lifting and lifting some more…and I feel surprisingly strong and have been wondering…why and how? Moving is grueling and the Efx bracelet is the only addition I can think of. Worth it!

It is a small, silicone band, but does seem to make a difference. Or it might be my imagination. I don't know how to tell...

I can't say enough good things about these bracelets. My husband has been using these since 2010 when a lady at a booth at a marathon expo where they were selling these, told us they helped her vertigo. My husband bought one and tried it and miraculously, it works. Crazy! We have referred tons of people to buy these. I buy these 2 at a time and always have a back up. I wear one too!
