Omgosh this thing is wonderful. Held off because of price for a looong time. Gave in for awful pinched nerve pain in neck, and after 6 months of horrible pain and numbness and therapy it hit the spot and started to help immediately. Still using it for neck rolling. I had my own small yoga ball pump, or you can get one for five dollars on Amazon. I do wish they had included that item, especially because of the sort of ridiculous price. But works so well on neck.

These hold up super well in our lesson program!! We have about 40 students and we use these all the time to help with rider position. Highly recommend!

My PT recommended this peanut ball for my pelvic floor, and it works great! I did have some trouble with a leaky valve that required topping off the air. While Amazon doesn’t allow returns or replacements for this item, the seller provided excellent customer support and is sending me a replacement. Great product and great company!

I personally haven’t used it, it’s a gift. But it does arrive deflated good thing I have a pump so I can gift it ready to use. This is actually the perfect size, most peanut balls I’ve seen are large and this would be much easier than using two tennis balls 🎾

Firstly, I think this mini roll should be packaged with Eric Franklin's book without instructions, a novice to ball rolling or Eric Franklin's exercises may find it somewhat useless. Having used Eric Franklin's book but the mini roll not readily available, I found that I collected an eclectic assortment of balls trying to substitute. I was so pleased with the results of the first mini roll that I ordered the second. These mini rolls are great for working with TMJ, neck, "traps", "pec", and sacrum. They are just the right size. They can be filled with the amount of air that most suits the user. Practically speaking, shipping them without air is good as it eliminates the balls expanding, bursting or otherwise being damage during shipping. My physical therapist is now considering ordering them for use with her clients.

Too expensive!

I have been using this to support my head while in physical therapy, after being seriously injured. The first time I was a little bit confused about what it was doing for my neck and shoulders. Plus, I needed to learn where to place it under my head, so that I received some relief - without the debilitating pain while working to strengthen my neck and shoulders. Once, I learned how to properly use it, I ordered one for home. Now, I am able to continue to do strengthening exercises for my neck and shoulders at home. This allows me to do something that is helpful for my long term health!

Item itself is fine. But by the time it’s arrived, it’s deflated and almost flat. And it doesn’t come with any pump.
