These fit great. I’m 5’5”, 175lbs. I just had a tummy tuck and wanted something else to give me compression other than what they gave me at the hospital. I did try the size XS/S and the tummy control was great, but the elastic around the legs was too tight (I ripped them to fit better). I did purchase size M/L and they are very comfortable and don’t roll down at all
