it doesn't work. Tried everything it's not working

I got this for a muscle spasm condition I have with my neck as a result of a medication I am on (I have complicated medical issues) . I am very used to tens units and similar devices.This did not fit on my neck where I needed it and I found no way to change the setting of the unit. The setting it seemed stuck on wasn't very good at helping with pain relief since it went in and out and I need a constant setting to have relief. Not nearly as flexible as I thought it would be. I also learned shortly after buying it that they no longer sell replacement pads, so if I was to use this daily as I would need to I'd eventually have to just buy the whole thing again assuming it doesn't get discontinued entirely.I have been trying various devices for my neck condition so far have not found a convenient one. The hunt continues. Obviously I am not relying on a device to fix my condition, we're working with our doctor on that, it was just something to help me get by in the meantime and perhaps allow me to work again (artist).This will probably be good for people with just a minor injury or ache, but didn't work for my specific needs. I also may have gotten a broken unit as other people claim there are settings but mine seemed to just have one. Returning this one.
