I love how I can connect my phone on Bluetooth and I can play any songs I want while getting a massage. I use 10 minutes before I go to work in the mornings for my back & neck. It helps me throughout the day & less stiffness or tense around my shoulders/neck area.

Very easy to assemble, high quality materials, uses little floorspace in the recliningposition, has voice control for the auto programs, Bluetooth for custom Playlist, customizable intensity settings and the calf massage feature is a differentiator among peer chairs. Worth the investment so far!

Updated after using for 2 months. I am a 62-year-old male, I purchased this massage chair hoping it would help with my knee and hip pain. I also do beginner work outs on a Tonal strength training machine and sometimes feel pretty sore afterwards. The rollers are to strong and definitely hurt my lower back and hips. They did send me a thin back rest, but It does not stay in place so I end up having to adjust it every time I use it. The added padding helped slightly but not completely. It is still uncomfortable to use.Also, this chair has voice control which kind of worked the first couple times but ended up not working at all. I did follow the directions as far as using the exact wording that they recommend. Still does not work.One reason that I picked this chair among several others is because Amazon stats that this product has fewer returns than other similar products. This is probably due to the fact that if you read carefully, this massage chair is NOT returnable, and the money is not refundable. I own 2 small businesses and I do a lot of business via Amazon but I am very disappointed that they would have an item that is very costly for the average consumer and that is not refundable or returnable. If the item is defective or if you are not happy with it, you are out approx. $2000. I do not recommend this massage chair. I do recommend spending a little more money and purchasing a different brand chair directly from the manufacturer.

I'm a small person and this chair doesn't fit very well. I have to make adjustments in order to be in the correct positions

If all you want to do in this chair is get a massaage then you may be ok with this chair. Our den is such that we used our old masssage chair to sit in and watch TV like a recliner and oh by the way you could turn it on a get a massage. This chair is alway semireclined and your head is alway back. I do not like the fact that it is pretty small side to side. Might be the right size for women but not for the average male. I do not like how there are no armrests except to have your arms tuched inot the pockets. My wife cannot wear her rings and I cannot wear my watch and tuck them in. I would return this chair if I had not already broke down the box.
