I bought this battery for an old laptop that I use as a cheap server: the battery is only there to be a "UPS" if the power blinks. For that reason, I wasn't very picky about the details of the battery.This battery was advertised as 88 Wh, but shows up as 66.528 Wh when installed. I was a little annoyed when I saw that, but it's a cheap battery and I only need it to last a little while, so I didn't bother to return it. That was a mistake.Nine months later, I find that it doesn't hold a charge at all and it reports 25% charge at best, even after charging for weeks. Usually, the charge is low enough that if the power blinks, the laptop shuts itself down. I guess that's a little safer than just losing power completely, but it's not really what I was going for. I guess I lost this round of gambling on cheap electronics. I won't be ordering another battery from HTL.
