I do take Vitamin B complex and a few other nervine formulas - switching each around as needed, but in a quick moment, this really brings stress and anxiety to a halt helping with clear perspective and lowering fear. Thank goodness! Peppermint flavor is really nice too. (didn't want to try orange, might remind me of baby aspirin)

This formula works, though the taste of lozenges is not for everyone, but nothing too bad.

I am under a great deal of stress and also suffer from restless legs. I was excited to try this last night, but after putting two under my tongue I had no change. I didn’t sleep at all. I know Gaba has positive results, but I think my body is going through too much in order for this particular product to work for me. The peppermint was fine, but the tablets are chalky.

I didn't feel enough anxiety relief, in fact i may have felt a little worse? or more agitated? I'm not sure.. I think the added l tyrosine has something to do with it.
