Defective Product
I purchased this item Ecoey Smoke/CO detectors on March 31, 2023 and I took them to my cottage in Canada where I installed them per the installation directions, At first they tested and worked fine but they all started indicating that there was a problem. the alarm indicating it was for a smoke alarm and then they would go off indicating a CO alarm. After putting up wit these continued problems I finally removed them. I know it has been since March 31 that I made the purchase but I was out of the country in Canada and am only now reporting my displeasure with my purchase because I have returned home to St Petersburg, Fl. What do I have to do to get a refund for a defective product.

Easy install
Quality product that was easy to install and no hassle with instructions. There is a green blinking light that flashes in one minute intervals but is not a problem and not a nuisance. Great bang for your buck. Highly recommended purchase especially in rental properties.

So simple to install, the best......won't buy for another 10yrs.....lol as the battery is warranted for 10yrs

Easy to install, it works well, and it looks good.
It's a smoke and CO detector. It hangs on 2 screws. It takes all of 2 minutes to mount on a wall or ceiling for those who are capable of operating an electric drill and a screwdriver. It probably works as well as any of the other bazillion smoke and/or CO detectors on the market.What makes this one better is that at least it looks half-way attractive compared to those ugly generic detectors found at the local hardware store or big box discount store. If it's going to hang on your ceiling or wall for the next 10 years, at least buy something that isn't doesn't look repulsive.
