A perfect TV signal splitter!
Worked perfectly. I already had one of these in my attic to distribute the signal from my TV antenna (also in my attic) to two different rooms... but that was a three-way splitter with one unused port. I realized, after looking at RAF amplifiers, that every additional splitter port cuts the signal from the other ports. So with a 3-way splitter I was getting just 1/3rd of the signal at each of my two TVs (even though the third port was unused). By replacing the 3-way splitter with a 2-way splitter, I now get a much improved TV signal! By the way, in case you might wonder how I mounted a large outdoor TV antenna in my attic... I used simple twine (string) to create a cradle to set the TV antenna in. It has lasted 30 years just fine! (It helped to know that most TV station transmission antennas are directly south of my home.)

Xfinity Customers: This is not the right one
Ok here's the deal...I'll save you lots of frustration if you are an Xfinity customer. The new 10g network they are implementing causes your modem to give a reply powerful upstream signal. I replaced a failing splitter with this and it worked...for 2 months. Then started getting pixelation after an update they did in our neighborhood. I researched after getting blown off by support and told to wait 3 days for a tech. Turns out this splitter does not have port-to-port isolation...so the modem signal overwhelms the TV signal. Look for a 5-1002 MHz digital splitter (which I guess if you go to the Xfinity store they'll give you for free) or they are cheap on Amazon. Even if it works now when they do the update you'll likely have issues if you use this splitter. That said, the splitter is a great design and from what I could tell functions perfectly so I'm not marking it down because of an error on my part. Would highly recommend to anyone with satellite TV! For Xfinity (and likely other cable companies) customers don't buy this one :)

Comcast MoCA/DOCSIS incompatibility
NOT compatible with MoCA 2.x/DOCSIS 3.x set-top box/modem setups commonly found on Comcast/Frontier/Xfinity systems despite claimed 5-2500 MHz range. There's just too much ripple noise in the critical 1000-1200 MHz ranged used for DOCSIS 3.1 OFDM...it will NOT lock. Don't bother.

Best way to get FreeTV and MoCA working in the same room.
Very simple splitter adapter, with seemingly no, or negligible, amounts of signal loss. I used this in my theatre room to allow me to connect my TV and my MoCA adapter into the same wall port, and I can successfully use both devices at the same time.

Excellent for MoCA setups
Purchased to use as part of a MoCA setup with 1 at the junction and the other 2 at the opposite ends. Functions very well.
