High quality cable, fixed flickering images for Apple TV 4k!
First off, the braided cable feels premium. It's tough and the color blends nicely with my white wall. No more ugly cable eyesore.More importantly, it fixed the random black screen flashes I had with my Apple TV 4K. Swapped this in, and the flickering vanished. Handles 4K HDR perfectly. If you're having similar Apple TV issues, give this a shot.Highly recommend, if you're doing Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, HDR etc.

High quality cable. Well priced.
This company makes quality cabling. I stick to the same three or four manufacturers for every type of cabling other than basic three-pronged power conduits (which, unless you're powering a sound amplifier, don't demonstrate the same need for precision). In the majority of use-cases, however, data is the game... and Cable Matters products perform admirably without being unjustifiably costly. I have yet to detect a single problem with them.I highly recommend.

Well made and works!
No doubt the braiding is high quality. Sound quality from eARC got better along with the 4K content. Less blur than before compare to my old HDMI cables from 2020. Would definitely recommend this to my friends.

This cable works on everything 4k, plain and simple.
I have purchased 6 of these HDMI cables in the past month and used them on 6 brand new 8/9 series Samsung TVs and an Xbox One X with no issues at all. I tried the Zeskit 48GBs, which looks good, but one of the cables dropped the HDR randomly. I also tried Monster Gold and it works, but seems glitchy, like stutters or something, on Apply TV. Again, no issues at all with 6 of these cables on any device. These work as advertised and if they did not, I have no problems calling out a manufacturer on their product. Just to note, these cables are boring to look at with no flare or fancy labels, and do not mention anywhere on the cable that they are 48GBs or 8K. So until I can find test equipment to test the 8K claim, I will just have to trust them for now.Update: I now have 12 of these cables in use and so far no jitters, no lag, no sparkling pixels on the screen, and no weird color inconsistencies. As someone mentioned, these cables are a little looser than my monster cables that are too tight. The 12 cables are now in use on 10 Samsung TVs connected to either a M9700 or M9500 4k Samsung Blu-ray player, and all using Netflix 4k as well as Apple TV, plus 2 cables are in use on 2 Xbox One X consoles. On the Samsung TVs I secured the HDMI cables by creating an upside down "L" bend, which uses the walls of the opening near the HDMI ports to put pressure on itself, then tucked the rest of the cable into the grooves on the TV meant to "hide" the cables.

Overall great, but not for routing cables
Overall a great cable, as expected from Cable Matters. Only issue is you are routing this cable around a set up the braiding keeps a lot of tension making it hard to connect on one end. You end up with a lot of rotational tension so plugging it by force will eventually damage the cable or your device port.

perfect
I got a new 4K TV, and needed this to hook up my Playstation 5.Picture quality is perfect. The braiding gives a nice 'stiffness' to the cable. I expect this to last a long time.

True High Speed cables. Dolby Vision/4k/HDR
TL::DR - true high speed cable and nice materials.I have had problems with my Apple TV 4k and Dolby Vision on my LG TV since the word Go. I had to adopt the 48gbps cables early and the most accessible solution was a fiber optic one - which worked great but if you bend it at all or have to move anything - it degrades the signal - something not typical with HDMI cables - HDMI is usually all or nothing. This cable is the only "other" cable that worked. Apple's recommended cables never worked for my tv - it would always end up reverting to "cables not fast enough" messages until I got the fiber optic cables. The fiber optic cables were also 15 feet which was waaaaay too long for my application - but I had tried half a dozen other cables only to return them. Eventually the fiber got kinked orbent and I actually noticed sound degradation in my system - some might say this isnt possible so maybe Im crazy. Who knows? However this cable works with my Apple TV 4k andDolby vision - and my current set up includes other Cable Matters cables from my apple tv to the surround sound to my Philips Hue play box and then this cable to my TV. Currently using my surround sound for source selection and this cable is the main/only output from my Hue box into my TV. Works fantastic and would get more if I needed them - but for now I have 4 Cable Matters cables with in my set up and everything works as itshould.
