I use a long underbed storage bin as a litter pan to accommodate my 3 cats in a studio loft condo. The dust they were kicking up was getting to the upstairs, furniture, HVAC intake, and exposed glassware. Rather than dust every day, I'm trying out these panels. They are thin yet sturdy plastic. Easy to assemble in whatever configuration you want. I bought 2 XL sets for this setup and still have 2 panels and 9 connectors leftover. I only needed one panel in the front to prevent the ceiling from falling. It also gives me access to clean the litter pan from the left and right without removing any panels.

We have a new young male cat who is very enthusiastic about cleaning up in the litter box. No matter where I put the litter box I would always find lots of litter kicked all over the tile floor. Which needed to be vacuumed up every day. This inexpensive mat and screen has reduced litter on the tile floor by about 99%! When the cat kicks the litter now it bounces off the high sided screen, back into the litter box, or down onto the mat. It is a lot easier to clean the mat once a week and shake all the litter off instead of cleaning the floor every day. The mat and screen seem well made so hopefully they hold up over time. I will update this review in a few months if that changes. My advice is to check the product dimensions and individual screen dimensions carefully. I was under the impression that the screen would go all the way around the litter box size we have. With just a small gap as shown in one of the product pictures, for the size I bought (Extra Large). But it does not. That is ok so far because the high side of the litter box is on the open end. So litter does not easily get kicked over that side. Just be aware that the screens provided DO NOT go all the way around the edge of the mat as you can see in my photo.

Yes the connectors are hard to get right. Hack: use a little silicone grease and the job becomes a lot easier. The enclosed tent I had for an old littermaid lost it's 'floor' after many years. The top portion of the tent is fine and works nicely with the new walls. This looks like it will keep both the litter and any little bit of dust in a confined area. It's a reasonable solution.

Why didn't I buy this sooner. My cat is a weird pee-er (he's been tested for kidney issues, he's just expensive and weird), and this is the answer to my problems! We now have a house with original hard wood floors that I don't want my cat peeing on and this has saved them from my little weirdo. Sturdy though a little bit of a struggle to get the connectors to click in. The XL was perfect for my already large little box with high walls, and this had even higher walls!!! I will agree the tape could be wider for easier install but it wasn't too bad to put on, just take you time, it's slightly forgiving if you mess up a bit.

Very helpful to keep litter from flying around the room from enthusiastic cats. Provides privacy for the cat too. Easy to assemble.

Our kitty had a very messy litter box. She would kick stuff out, the dog would eat it and get sick. This enclosure has definitely helped!

The enclosure is easy to assemble but requires quite a bit of pounding with the rubber mallet to get it to fit together snugly. I did not use the tape to seal the cracks, but I also think the gaps are a "piss poor" design flaw. It is a cheap solution and looks it. However, it pretty much works while I figure out a better way to hide the cat box and give my cat privacy in my apartment. The included mat is a good litter trap but not as good as other mats I've used. Although the splash guard provides some protection against splashing, it is not tall enough for a cat who really sprays. I was not as concerned about splashing because I have a litter box with tall sides which helps control urine spraying outside of it. This does give a kitty a little more privacy, and he seems happy with that. For the money, it is not a bad set-up. It could be useful on a temporary basis, particularly if you and kitty have just moved and he is a little nervous.

I use crystal cat litter and it gets EVERYWHERE. I didn't want to buy an enclosed box and when I found this I figured I'd give it a try. It works amazing! It's tall enough that the cats can't flick the litter all over the place. You can build it in whatever shape works best for you which was super convenient because I still wanted to save as much space as I could. The mat it comes with works well, too. Easy to put together. No complaints.

One of our cats has IBS and unfortunately this means multiple runny high velocity poops a day on bad days. This wraps nicely around our large litter tray, was easy to put together and is easy to wipe down when an accident takes place. Would recommend.

I have not found this mat to be water proof though. They privacy screen is good.

Ich habe den Spritzschutz als Trennwand zwischen den beiden Katzentoiletten gekauft und um zu vermeiden, dass sich der Inhalt der Toilette völlig unkontrolliert verbreitet. Beide meiner Katzen scherren gerne noch ausgiebig in der Toilette rum, nachdem sie ihr Geschäft gemacht haben. 😅 Gerne hätte ich mir die Woche noch einen zweiten gekauft, aber als ich die Preiserhöhung gesehen habe, habe ich mich dagegen entschieden. Ich habe im November für 39,90 € gekauft und soll jetzt 60,00 € zahlen?! Das ist Wucher und absolut nicht zu rechtfertigen. Der Schutz erfüllt seinen Zweck und ich bin zufrieden, aber dass die Produktionskosten für so ein Teil relativ gering sind, kann man sich auch denken. Sehr schade.

Works perfectly for placing around a kitty litter box. Saves on litter being scattered around.
