I created this design for my husband who is from San Diego and used to build engines and race cars. HE LOVED IT. I ordered it on Aug 1 and despite the ETA predicting that the hat would arrive in October the hat actually arrived on Aug 13. The hat is very good quality. Because I ordered a whit hat I was afraid that it may arrive with some sort of stain BUT IT WAS CLEAN. I attempted to have this design embroidered and it would have costed me $175. This was very inexpensive. The only thing is that because the image is on a white hat the ironed on decal looks a little too much like a peel-able sticker.

The pictures say it all... It came out of the box looking all beat up and out of shape. The crown is wrinkled and flat on top. The crown is also HUGE and makes you look like you have a block head. The brim is crooked... I can see this being okay as a gimmick or as part of a costume but NOT as a hat you'd want to wear regularly. It's a one and done kinda hat and only if you're okay with a crooked, wrinkled hat with a logo/sticker that looks like a strong gust of wind could blow it off.

I don't even need to take it out of the bag to know it's not what I wanted. First thing I noticed was that the printing is gray, rather than black. From other pictures, I was under the assumption that this was supposed to be embroidered, not printed, which I can take fault on that. The next thing I noticed what that the picture I had drawn up is nearly impossible to see. THIRD thing I noticed..it's UPSIDE DOWN... I am very disappointed. I got this as a gift for someone. Unfortunately it's not gift worthy. The hat itself seems to be good quality, it's just the printing..

I sent a picture of a flattened hat. And whoever resigned to me said wear the hat a couple times it should restore it to normal. I’m not wear a hat that is so flat it’s creased and dented. I didn’t even mention that they cut my image off too short. But because they respond to me like a child I thought I share my experience.

I would not recommend this type of custom hat work to anyone I picked 3 different hats custom made from 3 sellers and this was the worst. I suggest going with embroidered over screen print. The screen print made the front of the hat wrinkled. They got the design right but it was to small. If you want something done right spend more money to get it embroidered.

I was really surprised hat turned out nice. It is not embroidery I didn't read the at right my fault lol. It's more like screen print. Overall I like the way it came out and looks. It did take forever to get. I think it come from over sees

Ordered this with a custom logo design come to find out it’s most likely just an iron on sticker or something. The shipping packaging was bad and the hat was folded right across the logo which left a nice wrinkle in it permanently. The hat in general is very poor quality but I guess that’s what you get for something so inexpensive. My advice, spend a little more somewhere else unless you absolutely don’t care about quality.

The writing was in the seams. Very low quality. Wouldn’t order again. It’s like stickers just set on it
