How is the quality of it?

The quality of this item is questionable. It is definitely a product for a young girl. The box is much bigger than what's inside. The only thing inside is what you see in the picture the rest is just empty box.

Does the nail dryer need batteries?

Can this nail polish come out of carpet?

I don’t know, but I would try pure acetone on a very small section of the rug to see if that works. Regular nail polish remover is not strong. You can buy the pure stuff at the pharmacy. It is a little more expensive but it is useful. There is a product called Carbona that I believe also has a nail polish remover. Good luck.

Nice looking nails for all

Perfect for those who love to create!

Ok parents hear me out, much like many of you I am not one to really enjoy a "make anything with glitter" although this was so much fun for our twin girls to make their own perfume and it definitely was worth the money and the value. The glitter was not all over the place, and it was very easy to make.
