SpaldingArena Slam® Rim

Very happy that this rim fit on our old Reebok basketball stand and backboard. Fits perfectly. We had also ordered a "heavy duty" rim with a "universal" mounting plate, but that one was way to large. So glad we found this Spalding rim. Well packaged, came with thorough instructions and bolts, washers, nuts, heavy duty white net, etc. The powder-coated finish on the rim looks great. After giving the backboard a good cleaning and mounting this new rim, it looks like an entirely new system, even though the structure itself is is over 10 years old. Very pleased. Also, on the Spalding rim box, it states, "fits all Spalding backboards and most other backboards" -- certainly true in our case. We also purchased a neon orange heavy duty Spalding net to go with it, and it coordinates very well. Exactly what we needed! A+

I have a Spaulding basketball hoop and this rim is amazing and fit very well on my backboard I believe mine is the 54" basketball hoop I cannot say enough good about this rim, just simply buy it if you have a Spaulding basketball hoop this thing is very well made thick n durable I don't see this bending or breaking at all I love it!!!

Made sure the bolt pattern was the one I needed and it installed quick and accurately. A lot sturdier and well made than the original that got damaged in a wind storm. Kids are happy to get their hoop back working again.

Fits my Spaulding in ground basketball well. The only feedback I have is that new bolts came with this, but one was too long, the other was too small, so had to reuse the old bolts. Great quality rim and net that came with it.

After a storm blew over the basketball goal causing the rim to break off I started researching and found this replacement. It was an exact fit and easy to install!

Quality seems great. Nice finish. Only thing I find wrong is that it comes with flange nuts and not nylock nuts for mounting. I would expect Spalding to know better than that. Had it mounted and the flange nuts that came with it came loose, 1 bolt even fell out. I swapped them out for nylock to make sure this never happens again.

Took me about 10 minutes to take the old one off and put this one on. Works great and it’s been over a month :)

This rim was exactly what I needed for my driveway basket. A storm damaged the original rim and it just flopped around. I finally bought this rim and I thought it was going to be difficult to install but it took me about twenty minutes and it works great. Didn’t even need help, just a ladder, wrench, and a screwdriver.
