What I don't like about this holster is that it does not cover the thumb safety. I am OK without a thumb break for the hammer, but there is no way I am going to carry a 1911 cocked & locked, Condition 1, without a thumb break AND the thumb safety just out in the open. At least the trigger area is encased by the holster. If you carry your 1911 without a round in the chamber, maybe this holster will suit you just fine. It is definitely made of sturdy material.

Fits like a glove . Quick release button and trigger cover in one. Works perfect . Would highly recommend.

Good clean fit. My 1911 slides in easily and clicks securely into place. I really like this product.
