For the price point (£90) a really surprisingly well designed and quality vacuum. The only downside I've found after a few weeks of DIY on a new flat is the short battery life. I haven't timed it but I'd guess you only get around 5 mins total use on high power, and takes quite a while to recharge. I'm sure that's enough for most people, but look out if you need more than that.

If this was good at its primary job, it would be a great hoover, suction is very poor, anything bigger than a “small crumb” won’t get picked up, and if it does it’s falls back out once you turn it off, size appearance and weight all good but just terrible and hoovering

Really wonderful hoover. It's perfect and practical for me hoovering up after my little dog and love the dual function. It's quiet compared to other hoovers which again is wonderful for my dog. Much more powerful than I was expecting and a great price.

I bought this vacuum as my shark went missing in a move.It was meant to be an interim vacuum.Let me tell you! This vacuum is amazing! It works much better on hard floors than the shark,its lighter than the shark and I'm really impressed. I won't be spending £300 on a shark again.The only criticism is the battery takes 4 hours to charge and only lasts about 45 minutes when you clean.

This is a stylish machine, and while it is good on 'flat' carpet it is not good on wooden flooring. I have long haor and two cats. The hair and fur get caught up in the brush and I find I have to spend time removing this by hand. Emptying the bin is difficult if like me you have hand issues as it is very 'tight'. I like the light on the brush as it shows the dust while you are moving the vacuum. The suction is not the best I find I have to keep the vacuum in one place before it actually picks up all the dust. For the price it is an ok vacuum, but I will be replacing it with a better machine with a better suction.

Where the performance of the vaccum cleaner was inpressive. Last week I turned it on and couldn't turn it off. I called Hisense customer service and they were on the phone while we tried several methods to turn it off. However, we did not succeed until battery died. Hisense sent me a code and said Amazon seller will send me a replacement as I am within my warranty. However, this seller has pushed back. I have an email from hisense where they have advised to arrange a conference call and the will step in if the seller does not cooperate.Can I please ask this seller to get in touch with me?

Very good suction better than Dyson by far the precision light!

Not clean I don't believe this was a new product it smelt really bad turned it on burny smell and tripped my electric didn't feel safe to keep plus I believe it was pre-owned
