This is exactly what I was looking for! It is very cute. I would have given it 5 stars, but it is designed with a hood liner and I feel like a few simple changes in the pattern design could have avoided this. I own several other onesies (that I did not make myself) and none of them have a hood lining. The simpler the better with these things!

I wish there were a pattern for if you don't want to have a different colored stomach so it would be easier to customize. I used the Large pattern since I'm plus size, and the whole thing came out too big, so I'll have to modify it. The instructions were very clear and helpful though.
