So, I read the reviews and didn’t know figures weren’t included. Odd as hair and arms were there. Going to see if I reach out and can get them. Looking at the original photo, didn’t show them but again, why have hair and arms??Overall, excellent purchase. It was fun and couldn’t put it down until I was finished. I’m a Lego person but wanted to try other sets as Lego can be VERY expensive.I would highly recommend this as it fits perfect into my Lego city’s.If I can get the bodies, will upgrade to 5 and without question will be buying other sets!!

Wasnt able to complete missing windows for the second floor

All the pieces were not there! The torso for all the little people were missing! My grandson cried! It’s a cute set but I’d like to have all the parts and stickers!
