Every piece was included, works great , the tattoo machine head is a "slider" rotary, It has a long stroke , great for outlining, it comes with cartridges which are good , but you can also load regular needle bars and disposable tubes as well, you don't need a clip cord for this unit , it has its own special power cord,my favorite part is the small power supply, it's very small, and easy to travel withOverall the tattoo machine is what I love the most, it's actually available to buy, by itself from the same company, I want another one so I can have a shader toothis machine (with it's own cord) will plug into any power supply, The liner is very punchy,and will sink a 9 liner no problem, I'm digging it, I love the solid feel of the machine,make sure to oil after each use, or you can burn up the motor, rotarys use grease or oil,be sure to take good care of your unit, Set it up properly and you can do some nice tattoos, Thanks Hommii, I love you guys

Good, Actually
This is not a bad little set up, surprised actually. I purchased this for my apprentice, to practice on fake skin. When it arrived I tried it out myself and was impressed. I had to take a min to tune the voltage because the little power supply did not have numbers on it but it runs as smooth as any neotat I have ever used. The needles were pretty good to. I actually used a few for my clients and they preformed well.

Good machine, everything else with it is trash.
The machine has performed very well as a daily user. The clip cord shorted out in 2 weeks, I had a digital power unit so can't comment on it. The cartridges it comes with are absolutely HORRIBLE. Every EVERY single cartridge dulls and barbs in minutes, multiple cartridges broke shooting needles out the end. 3 stars cause the machine is great.

I purchased this for my dad's Christmas present. From his personal experience with tattoos I am sure he will love it. It came exactly as I had hoped I will update when he receives and start using it.

It’s not working
Just received this machine and I can’t get it to work I’ve tried everything and the light comes on the power supply but nothing is happening. Maybe I have it set up wrong can someone please help?

I thought this kit would be perfect but I'm missing almost every piece that's supposed to attach to the gun .

Pretty decent for the cash
Had a few problems with this unit but all in all its a ok buy. First off customer service is excellent in handling the issues right away. #2 the power chord from power supply to the gun was faulty or burned out fairly quick. I did hardwire the power cord to the motor after drilling out the old connection on the gun. This fixed the issue and runs again. The pics i hope help. I'm new to using a rotary so I'm by no means the best but those are work done with this kit.

No adjustable stroke length
There's no way to adjust the stroke length as they advertised in the description. I wanted to buy a machine that has adjustable give. If I'm wrong please let me know, but I'm sure there isn't a way and certainly not "easy" as they said.

Not bad!
Not too bad of the machine when it first to ride the needle bar was not the appropriate size and eventually my pedal broke but they were very cooperative and had no problems replacing them was very happy

I love it. The only problem I had with it ...
I love it. The only problem I had with it was when I first went to use it the peddle came apart but I was able to put it back together.

Don't recomend
The tattoo gun itself had so many issues, came with wrong sized bar. I bought my own bar but also Had issues with the power cord and then the wires inside the peddle gave out soon after. I gave 3 stars because the seller was responsive.
