Needs an instruction manual and ability to replace bands

First off, you will want to search for Gray Cook Exercise Tubing Program. There is a DVD out there and probably YouTube videos because this product doesn't come with any type of instruction manual. I am disappointed that you can't switch out the bands with this product (which can be done with other Lifeline products). Also, the yellow tubing (Level 6) provides much more resistance than most people will want or need. I recommend getting the pink tubing at Level 2.

Can't figure out how to use it

I purchased this at the suggestion of my physical therapist, who actually selected it online for me and put it in my cart. When I got it home, however, it did not come with any real instructions for how to use it. There are no photos and the verbiage is difficult to understand. I think there are supposed to be handles of some sort to grip, but this did not come with any. It was a waste of money, in my opinion.
