Very easy to pump up and works great. I recently had purchased a cheaper stability ball and it popped instantly so after looking at a few different stability balls I decided to get this one and I'm so glad that I did. It pumped up rather nicely and to its correct size. I've been using it quite a bit and it seems to be holding up well. The color is more of a charcoal grey than black but that was no big deal to me. I plan on using it as a birthing ball for my home birth and have been doing prenatal exercises on it for now. I am have a large frame and I'm 5'8 so I decided to order the 75cm ball and it works great. It did pump up to 75cm but don't go by the measuring tape that comes with it because it is way off. I just used a measuring tape that I had for body measurements. The material seems really durable, I am plus size over 250lbs and it holds me really well. Overall I am super happy with this purchase and love the quality you get for the price! Would definitely purchase again.

This is the first exercise ball that I've owned. It comes with instructions to inflate to 80% and let stand for a full 24 hours before inflating it to full size. To this day it has become my computer chair :)Construction of the ball seems to be of decent quality, although being my first ball I cannot compare it to anything else. The pump is a bit lacking in quality though, using very thin plastic, though a person can always use/buy a better pump. Comes with 2 hole plugs for the ball. Also the material seems to be a little more grippy or 'sticky' than I would prefer but maybe it's just my preference.*In the event that you need to inflate or deflate the ball, you may notice the plug can be a little stubborn to pry out, so what I did was grab an old fork out of the cupboard and pry the 2 middle prongs outward, that way I can wedge it underneath and pull it out(last picture I took).Overall I'm glad I bought it and recommend it to anyone looking for a low cost exercise ball.

I'm 5'8" and ordered larger than recommended (75cm) but I'm super happy with the size! The black is more of a dark charcoal gray but whatever. Love the ball and it even came with some exercises in a pamphlet to get me started. Easy enough to inflate with the included pump, but an air compressor is a lot quicker. Comes with 2 plugs for the air hole and a fork tool to remove plug is necessary.Love this ball - it's very heavy duty and withstands bouncing fitness work as well as stationary work. Ideal for:- Push-ups with shins on the ball- Sit-ups or crunches on the ball- Roll-ups starting in supine position with ball above the head and passing the ball to between the feet and lowering heels to floor- Weighted overhead reaches in standing position- Single leg raises- Side crunches on the ball- Ab curls starting in push-up position, feet on the ball and pulling knees to chest- Pelvic lifts- Incorporate into yoga poses for added support- Back stretches, side stretches & more!Also a fun addition to the bedroom if you are both fit ;) Highly recommend for the durability and quality! I bought this as a desk ball for my office. It is very large once inflated.I bought this because the other balls I have purchased do not allow for proper sitting height . However with this one ther is a bit of the opposite problem. I am 5’7” and when the ball is fully inflated I am barely able to touch the floor while seated upon the ball. I reduced the amount of air and that helped. The pump that comes with the unit is useless and makes a horrible high pitched noise when you try to inflate the ball. It would take forever filling it with that pump. The noise alone would drive you and your pets crazy. I had to use a portable air compressor that I use to fill balls and tires to inflate this ball. Even with that it took over a 1/2 hour to inflate because of its size. I have not found this ball to be useful as far as helping my back when sitting for work but it is pretty good for core strength when exercising. The ball seems fairly thick and has not lost any air that I can tell over the past month of use.

I purchased this ball to go with a base to use at work instead of a chair. I'm dealing with moderate sciatica as well as some shoulder issues form slouching in my normal desk chair so I'm hoping this helps. Solid construction - this is nice thick vinyl. I don't have any concerns about it tearing or ripping or exploding. I am 6' tall and I ordered the 75 cm ball. I've had to deflate the ball a bit because it ended up being too large. I had to guess because the instructions say the 65 cm is good for 5'6 - 6' (that's a lot of difference) and the 75 cm is for 6' - 6'3". I'd suggest the 65 cm for anyone shy of 6'1". This ball is also large enough that I can't use it in the chair base I have as it adds another 4" to the height so keep that in mind when ordering.Otherwise this is a great product. The pump is a cheap plastic thing but it works. Took me about 15 minutes to get it pumped up to the 80% mark and then another 10 minutes to get up to 75 and then adjust for comfort.I'll update after a month or so and let you know if it has helped my physical ailments.

La pelota tiene calidad, me ha servido para lo que la necesito, el único problema es que la pedí de 75 cm y me llego de 65cm pero igual me sirve, por eso no la regresé.la bomba que viene para inflar la pelota es de muy baja Calidad algo deberían de hacer.
