1/4 teaspoon in one pump, 4 pumps for a teaspoon.

Does this have phenoxyethanol like the jar version?

No, it does not contain phenoxyethanol. While Ona's does offer a couple of other progesterone products in jars, the 2 oz and the 4 oz jars I sell on Amazon do not contain phenoxyethanol either.

how can you determine what is 100 mg when buying the jar?

Currently, I only sell the pump which delivers 100 mg Progesterone with each pump. However, each 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 ml) should contain 125 mg of natural progesterone USP. Hope that helps!
