I really love this product! It hasn’t always work, but many nights I have gotten a really good solid night of sleep.

I have had issues sleeping for as long as I can remember. It generally takes me a solid hour or two to fall asleep every single night. I have tried things like melatonin, no caffeine at all that day, pre-bed yoga, lavender oil in my diffuser... it just doesn't work. My daughter, who also has insomnia, suggested these. Since the day these were delivered, I have slept! It takes me about 10 minutes to fall asleep after I lay down, which is amazing! I rarely claim these products work perfectly, but really, this one does! Best of all, I can't feel any residual effects of it the next morning. With others, I would get the AM doze feeling... like I was walking in a fog almost. With this, I wake up well rested and with energy. I couldn't recommend these any higher! They are absolutely worth the purchase! **********************************UPDATE********************************** A year later - I still use these every night. I think maybe twice since I started using them I've taken the max dose of 2. I stopped taking them for a little while (3 weeks or so) and instantly went back to my crappy sleep. I stopped because I wanted to see if maybe it was just that I needed to train my body to actually sleep. I gave it 3 weeks to ensure that my poor sleep wasn't just because I stopped taking them. I just can't sleep for crap on my own. I'm so glad these exist. The fact that I don't feel groggy the next day is the best thing.

THese are a nice helper to relax and assist in calming the brain for some restful sleep. Although I find that its not a regular thing to take, on occasion is more effective. No drowsy side affects in the morning either.

BE AWARE! this product caused some pain in the lining of my esophagus and stomach, I think is the lavender oil, it was super strong I could not sleep. I tried to return on Amazon but they don’t allow it. I called the company and they told me I had to call Amazon. I pretty much lost my money on a useless product.
