what is the spacing on the clips?

Your oven has hose in it and as you fit the rubber around it those medal things that stick up you push them in and it holds it in place

Will it fit a whirlpool wfe301lvs?

It looks like it will fit. I popped the support clips in the holes and cut off the ends to fit the door

Can this be cut to 45 in to fit a Kenmore oven model number 790.40192400?

I am not sure what that Kenmore model is like but it is a type of rubber that can be cut. the pegs that plug into the door are set into precut holes so I am not sure if it would fit your oven the right way.
