is this funnel food grade?

I am not 100% sure as well. It is made of polypropylene. Polypropylene is approved by the FDA for food contact. However, not all polypropylene plastics are the same. Some polypropylene plastics contain additives to suit their purpose (certain labware as an example). I trust this polypropylene filter funnel for brewing my own ginger ale. I filter the cloudy brew using this filter funnel just prior to bottling. I wash the funnel thoroughly with dish soap and a brush. Since the seller has stated that this product is intended for educational purposes, I cannot rightfully state that it is food grade. I would recommend a fritted-glass Buchner funnel.

This will fit 300ml+ of liquid, 92mm ID/47mm hieght=312.44 ml

Will this fit a size 8 rubber stopper?

If you are trying to fit the funnel into a hole in the stopper, it would depend on the size of the hole. A size 8 stopper will not be sufficient to stopper the funnel.
