Had frays, so I was disappointed but had enough to work with around the frays. Must've been a fluke. Customer service was very good and offered to replace or refund, they worked to ensure a happy customer and that is very much appreciated.

It was tangled out of the package. My sister and I spent an hour trying to untangle it and we gave up. Its incredibly long though, so we just untangled what we could and cut it and saved it for later. That got tangled too. A bit of a nuisance but it is vibrantly gold and beautiful to use.

Great quality. It's the very 18k gold look. Which I don't really like. But was able to use it as planned for Christmas decorations.It tangled a bit during use.

Great thread that I used for wrapping christmas presents. My only issue is that it gets tangled so easily.

Look closely at the picture—more of an “aged brass” color than gold. Serves my purposes, however, so I’ll keep.

This cording was just the color I was looking for. I wish it was spool wrapped because it tangles so easily. It also unravels pretty easily. Overall, I'm very happy using it for ornament strings.
