I got this after a read a review about using to loose weight. I use to cut down on eating between meals., sweet cravings. I enjoy the mild sweet flavor and the vitamins i get while trying to keep to my diet plan. I know that i am not using as the product intended, however i will continue to enjoy them as a healthy snack.

They work, lost weight and i did a testthem for 2 weeks. I ate a small bowl of potatoes everyday for 2 weeks, took them as directed. Gave me the energy I needed to get through it, don't do this without eating something every 2-3 day's. It's for what it says, but they work!

I used the large package of these for low-calorie fasting over the course of a couple of weeks. They work as advertised to take the edge off your hunger. The strawberry-cream taste is mild but pleasant; if you've ever tasted powdered coffee creamer, it's somewhat reminiscent of that, but better tasting than that might imply. Each tablet is twenty calories, and twelve of them have 100% of the USRDA of vitamins and minerals so, if you eat nothing but 12 of these in a day, you're still getting some vitamins and minerals to sustain you. I haven't tried the other flavors yet, but if you like strawberries, coffee creamer and emergency rations, there's nothing wrong with these, except maybe the price; I'd like to see them cost about %30 less, but that didn't stop me from buying more.

Love these! They taste good and will make a great emergency food source. Also fantastic for packing for long hikes or bike trips.

The flavor is excellent, and the shelf life will outlive me.
